Power soft washing of exterior of home (in preparation for painting), including driveway, concrete patios and sidewalks. From the start with John’s quote to the completion of the job, the team was excellent. The team was on-time, prompt, accommodating, moving items as needed and returned them upon completion, thorough to the smallest detail. Surfaces like handrail spindles and stucco soffits were challenging but handled very well. House and exterior areas “sparkle”. They were very respectful to the small children and pets that were in the home. Recommend without reservation.

The crew arrived at 8:30 as planned. The two men were polite and well informed. They worked non stop until 5:30 removing moss on the roof, pressure washing all windows, decks and the driveway. They left the property in West Vancouver spick and span. They even cleaned up some of the debris that went on our neighbours property. We were very impressed with their courteous demeanour and informative approach with us as clients. Very pleased with the results and the final payment was exactly as quoted.

I asked them to clean the roof and exterior of the gutter for me a month ago, and it worked very well. The workers worked very hard for a whole day, and at the end it was very clean. The company also promised a five-year warranty, if the moss grows back, they will spray the potion for free to treat, satisfactory!

We had a cleaning of the exterior windows, roof, and gutters. The cleaning of the roof was good, the work on the windows and gutters was OK. To the company's credit, when we indicated that they missed spots on the gutters and missed some windows, they did return the next day and corrected that. The unfortunate part of our experience was that they made quite a mess on the homes and yards of our neighbors and didn't fully correct that. There was also not care taken to spray water into the house or covered areas and we had to do a lot of our own clean up from that.

The Mr Clean team showed up on time covered the details of the service and were very professional. The process was seamless from the quote to the completed service. They did a quality job and were done quicker than expected. My wife and I both work from home and we did not even notice the house was being pressure washed. Great job.
