it is a very convenient Plaza with the wide variety of stores. It is located on Kennedy South of Highway 7. there are lot of parking above ground and underground. I love going to the Langham square lunch, dinner, breakfast, bubble teas, desserts and/ or groceries. It is a very convenience Plaza that you can get everything here.

There are a lot of varieties of restaurants to dine, plus T&T supermarket. So it's convenient for shop & eat. But there's too much traffic at the parking lot because the park way are too narrow ...

Lots of hidden gems in the main complex (2nd and 3rd floors). A little less traffic, but great hidden spots to try local foods and establishments. Parking design was probably done by somebody who didn't understand how bad the volume of traffic can be (not to mention the average driving skill to be less than stellar)

Difficult parking and everyone's a rude driver there. No signals and lots of speeding at 40kmph in a parking lot. The parking is poorly designed (2 ways to enter but 1 to exit). There was a shooting in the underground parking. It's terrifying at any time of the day.

My Samsung phone screen was broke, and it was way expensive for me to get replaced in the service center. I found a mobile shop in this mall which charges me very little to replace the screen with 2nd hand original screen with warranty of year. I am really happy with the service and product I received.

This was a very exciting experience. Like shopping in one of those escape rooms. Especially if you are looking for the hobby store. Was worth the hunt tho

Nice mall, it is not super busy like other nearby mall. There is underground parking which make it extra attractive.
