It's got the best beds and they are constantly cleaning, it's super easy to get in almost anytime you need. Staff is super nice and the prices are a little cheaper then anywhere else I've went.

Frequent computer issues. They don’t let you tan, they send you away untanned instead of absorbing the cost due to THEIR issue.

I am very disappointed at the customer service I received at the Spruce Grove Fabutan. It was my first time getting a tan at this facility and I booked a last minute appointment which Kerra booked for me. #1 she made me feel like a complete inconvenience to her and when getting me checked in she was completely unfriendly and unapproachable. After I finished my tan she did ask me how it was in a straight face which was fine, I said have a good day and she completely ignored me. I have never been treated this way at the Stony Plain Fabutan and will go there from now on

Since the online booking it has been hard to get an appointment that is favourable to my schedule-unless I book it 2days in advance-2days w/my schedule, is not conducive for me. If I have to cancel my appointment that day I cant reschedule for 2days. So when my minute package was up, I was asked if I wanted to purchase more I said no thank you and “started” to stated the aforementioned reasons. Before I could even get the first one out, she snapped back at me “Why are you in a rush”? Yeah never mind, I’ll go somewhere else.

The staff here are really fantastic ! Jayden greeted everyone by name , is always laughing, smiling and so positive. What a nice environment to experience as a customer.

Shali is the best Manager there. She'll tell you what the deals are for Tanning, and she knows it all when it comes to Tanning. Their in-store products are a little hard on the pocketbook. You'll have to shop around and you'll probably have to go to the City of Edmonton Sun Supplies) 73 st and 101 ave. Have wholesale prices. Call ahead

My friend and I came into this Fabutan location at 1:45 PM on July 29, 2018 and each purchased a mystic spray tan. We were told by the employee working that, due to a power outage earlier in the day, she was having issues with the equipment. She nonetheless processed our payments and took my friend back with her first. My friend undressed and stood in the back waiting for approximately 10 minutes. The employee kept stating the machine wouldn't start and dipping into the back to check. She eventually called to my friend through the door who dressed and came back out. The employee helped several guests waiting and then went back to trying to get the mystic tan machine operating.Eventually, we told her we were tired of waiting and had late afternoon plans so we could not wait anymore. She suggested we dip-out for food and she would text us if she could get the machine running. We did so. At around 3:10 the employee texted my friend and told her that she could not get the machine to work. We came back and asked for a refund. She refused stating the receipt says All purchases are non-refundable sorry". We stated how unacceptable that is. I have never heard of a business charging a client for a service

DON’T GO HERE! I have a premium membership package and I can go 25 minutes per session. The lady working told me I can only do a maximum of 12 when I went. She argued profusely with me telling me I had not been there in years even though I go 5 days a week. She treated me absolutely terrible and after trying to reason with her I just left without tanning. I sent in 2 messages so far to head office and they have relayed that message to the owner of that location and she too doesn’t have proper manners and won’t even call me back. There was a whole lot more to this including me trying to get another fabutan location to explain to her that I can tan for 25 minutes but she didn’t want to hear any of it! Just loved to argue. No thanks. Never again!
