One of the worst companies I have ever worked with for troubleshooting. I have asked for help again and again. Yet I get nothing. The Palette 2 was the most expensive piece of junk injabe purchased in a long time. I thought I did enough research on the product and the company. I was sorely mistaken.I would not recommend doing business with them. Ever.Edit to update:In order to get any response from this company I was forced to leave a bad review and threaten a chargeback. All solutions offered by company below were tried prior to the leaving of this review.Edit 2:They specify that all splices should be 1.75mm +/- .03mm. They took my machine back to make sure it was functioning properly. They failed to produce a splice within their specifications yet they claim it is working correctly.Waste of time and money. I highly recommend to look elsewhere. They do not stand behind their products.

I've been working with various 3D printers and extensions for the last 5 years. I recently ordered the Pallet 3 Pro and results 5x better than any device I've used in the past. Their support team were really helpful during the setup phase also and super responsive.

I'll start by saying their customer team is great. Very responsive & helpful! I recently got into 3D printing - really happy I picked up a Palette. Wouldn't have imagined my prints would turn out as good as they did. Highly recommend!

While the Palette works well when it works it is extremely unreliable. I've been using it since 2018 starting with the P2P. I bought another and then the P3P. All three machines have problems. Support tries to be helpful but i never walked away from them with the problem being solved. Extremely unreliable. In 2023 your options for multicolored printing should extend far beyond a Palette. I do not recommend this device to anyone. It may work with no problems but you're taking a gamble.

I run a professional 3D printing service with 80+ printers. We use the Palette for fusing short spools back into larger more usable spools. The product has very good potential but there is zero reliability - expect all sorts of filament jams and we wouldn't ever recommend leaving this unattended or you may likely end up with a mess of wasted filament. I can usually forgive minor technical issues with new and innovative products but the main reason for our poor review is their poor customer support. Every order we have placed ships extremely late, doesn't have the correct parts, or doesn't arrive at all. The combination of terrible reliability and worse customer support means we have product that is broken 50% of the time and waiting for parts the other 50%.

The best investment I’ve ever made for my 3D printer, I haven’t been this excited to see how my models turned out since I bought the printer itself. The only times I’ve ever had issues with slicing have been my own fault (I.e. forgetting to do splice tuning between filament brands, materials, etc.), but other than that, I’ve had multiple 24hr+ prints back to back and never once had an issue.Even the packaging makes it immediately apparent that Mosaic really cares about the customer experience. Customer service is incredibly responsive and the only issue I’ve ever had was fixed within hours.Can’t recommend their products enough!

I'm on my second Palette device (soon to be third). Their product is heads above anything else on the market. The device itself is built like a tank. It is reliable and easily serviceable. On top of that, their customer service. is extraordinary. Great company. May you continue to prosper!

The mosaic people are one the most helpful that I had the pleasure of needing. They try to comprehend your issue and solve it. I have a Palette 3 Pro and is a genial machine, highly recommend. I hope some tweaks in the future solve the rare issues that appear.

The LCD panel on my Palette 3 Pro failed. I sent email to Jonny Yeu on Sunday and received response Monday morning. After confirming the failure Mosaic shipped me a new panel that day and it arrived on Wednesday. Can’t ask for better support than that! Great job Jonny and thank you Mosaic.

Jonny has been super helpful and kind. He solved all the problems of my P3Ps. I really appreciate it!
