Recently had to get a replacement laundry pair, as older washing machine had given up. Melody Chan at Tasco Mississauga, was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new set. While supply chain issues created a problem with required pedestals in getting me a new set quickly, Melody was able to locate an LG set which was my preferred brand, along with the pedestals that I required. I was in the store on a Wednesday, and new set delivered and installed in my home that Friday! Installation and hook-up handled efficiently, including the removal of my old appliances. Thank You!

After shopping for a new fridge at various neighborhood stores Tasco was our last stop, and easily the best. Our sales person Chris was knowledgeable, directed us to what we were looking for and made all the necessary arrangements for delivery and removal of the old fridge. Excellent experience all around.

Nelson at Tasco took the time with us to explain the details about all of the Induction stoves with more knowledge than those at other stores we talked to. We bought the GE Cafe double oven Induction stove and it performs amazingly well on the stove and the oven. We'll come back to Tasco for our next appliance.

We'd never shopped for appliances at Tasco but when we needed a new refrigerator it was one of several places on our list. What we liked is the low-key but professional service provided by Jay who did not upsell us and in fact showed us some more less pricey options. He left us to debate on our own, no pressure at any time. Delivery was on time a few days later, delivery personnel equally professional and thorough, also friendly. Overall a very positive shopping experience.

The delivery of our stove this morning went smoothly. Not only did we get a text and an email from Tasco a few days ago but the salesman we dealt with personally called us to notify us of the delivery and to contact him if we encounter any problems with the process. We met Neilson Chokshi from Tasco Appliance in the Mississauga location when we started the planing of our kitchen renovation. I did have an idea of what I was looking for but Neilson asked me if I had an open mind? I said yes and he showed me the Wolf induction cook top. I was originally looking for a gas cook top or oven like I had before but I was sold when he showed me how easy clean up was. I have three men in the house that cook and easy clean up is important. It is also super fast and looks great in our new kitchen. Neilson's knowledge on all the brands and their feature was amazing and I am so happy wth all the 8 appliances we bought. The delivery and installation teams were excellent as well so when our 13 year old washer broke down on Saturday evening this week we went to Tasco Mississauga immediately. Neilson found me a washer with all the features that I needed. It was delivered on Tuesday I did a couple loads that evening. I think Neilson is extremely knowledgeable and listens to the customer and therefore you definitely end up with the right appliance. The after sales service at Tasco is also excellent.

Nelson was amazing to deal with on our renovation project. His expertise and desire to go the extra mile was evident all through the process. He worked closely with the contractors so that they could be precise with the custom cabinetry. He always found us the best available deal. And worked hard on delivery timing which was very challenging over the last year. Even after the appliances were installed, we had a challenge with one of the appliances being tight with our cabinetry. He worked with the Miele engineers to figure out a solution to use a different handle to make it fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Nelson for the appliances in any renovation work happening in your house.

We went to Tasco in Mississauga on the advice of a relative who had recently made purchases there. Our salesman Allan MacDonald was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery and installation crew were GREAT. We couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Top notch customer customer service. We had an issue with the fridge we bought, Tasco helped us with arranging to have the fridge serviced and frequently updated us on the arrival of parts. We never felt that we on our own trying to resolve the issue.We would definitely buy from Tasco again to know that they stand behind the appliances they sell.
