Company be good if lead hands and supervisors actually listen to the employee's and get rid of the unmotivated workers. But usually they say we cant Hr told us we cant.Poor excuse!!You dont really see managment on firebag site. I think management should get more involved with the labours and operators. Just to get feed back by them, how to improve the company or whats really going on site.Pretty easy gig tho: winter/spring is the busy season. Summer is boring.. driving around and find work to do.

Bouchier is a very good company to work with, my manager and supervisor and coworkers at Mackay River were very supportive, I learnt a lot of things here. Very huge of safety, you're not pushed to get the job done, but do it in a safe way.I was seasonal, but I would definitely love to work with them again if given the opportunity.

Haven’t had the opportunity to work with Bouchier yet however Nicole the owner is very involved in the community and her staff all say she is a very good boss and leader. Good to see other business owners in the area that respect their employees.Only met Nicole once and she comes off as professional & polite.Good to see a local aboriginal business being so successful.I believe Bouchier has lots more to offer yet and look forward to watching them keep expanding

I am a new employee to Bouchier, just started at Albian Sands & the first two shifts have been great. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with all the professional nice family oriented management that they have assembled.Trevor, Tommy, Bobby, Chris and Lisa have all been nothing but better than perfect in my translation from Acden facilities to Bouchier making the process seamless and fun.I love the positive work environment that I have been involved with so far and work isn't so bad with good people. I'm throwing a big high five to the Bouchier team.Didn’t think that I would be the guy to give a Google review on a company but I actually feel this company does things differently and I appreciate it so I'm showing my appreciation, thank you.Cheers, Evan Carew

Hired as a grader operator in 2018 for the Albian Site project, there were no responsibilities. I was let go on my first day of orientation after making a single mistake of not lifting the wing of the grader prior to showing my skills. Given I have never done snow removal at that time, and was tired after the 11 hours of safety orientation, being human and making a human error does not go forgiven. This job ended up costing me thousands of dollars after I arranged a lease on an apartment. If you are a human and are capable of making mistakes, avoid working for Bouchier Contracting. They'll toss you away like a piece of trash the first chance they get.

The staff was friendly. The male nurse there was by far the most down-to-earth person I have met in a long time! His attitude and enthusiasm made the experience a good one for sure.Had real conversation made it, so it was not awkward at all.I highly recommend this place for testing.

Whatever you are skilled, have a clean class one or have all required Safety tickets it doesn't matter, it matters only if you have an internal connection.
