The people here were very helpful and kind with me until today when i called them asking for a part availability, but because i was talking English whoever answered my call was rude with me and asked me to talk in French, and hang up the phone saying “the person who speak English is busy now”They deserve 5 star for the service that they are providing, but i felt bitter taste and not welcomed because i can’t speak French.

I needed to buy a specific bolt size and thread, they quickly had the 4 bolts I needed. If I ever need a fastener this is where I will go. Friendly and knowledgeable service, English was a bit bumpy, but they worked hard to understand me in English.
