Small, terrible hours, carpet on the floors and they always incorrectly tag items and then don’t honour it. Some of the staff can be quite rude

It looks like Isabella and I had similar experiences with the belligerent, short, white-haired woman working the front cash. I went in to pick up a rapid test kit and a couple odds and ends. I approached the counter to pay and she did not acknowledge me at first or even greet me. I placed my items down on the counter, her head still down. I asked, Can I grab one of those rapid test kits too?" in a polite enough tone. She quipped

Extremely rude old cashier with short white hair. I have started going out of my way to go to other locations as everytime I cash out, she has a problem. Over two years I've been coming to this location and it's the same everytime. Unacceptable.

Love the store under new management. Went in for my vaccine and the pharmacist was just super and made the whole process a breeze.

Love the staff but needs renovation the trendy neighborhood want the best for this location and the amazing staff deserves it to be renovated

Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacist. She was walking around and talking to people behind the counter without a mask on for several minutes while her assistants were filling prescriptions. She seems to think she's above the law and rules. I'm shocked that a pharmacist would be so careless. I politely and professionally informed her that she needs to wear her mask at all times. She needed to be told that twice while I was waiting. She was arguing with me about my prescription as well which was just sent in. It had not yet arrived to the pharmacy and so I called my doctor and they faxed it. She was not believing me and pulled out some other prescription that was an error prescription from days ago and not correct to my issue. I could not believe she was arguing the way she was. She rolled her eyes gave rude looks. Her tone was disrespectful and a woman in her 60s was upset and shared with me that they told her she would only have to wait 20 minutes and she was waiting an hour. Two customers were siding with the pharmacist being rude to me without realizing the extent of how unacceptable the pharmacists behaviour was. I asked them to kindly mind their own business and that it is unacceptable to not wear a mask. The woman agreed with me who was waiting. The angry rude men left and another woman asked me what happened and I said to not worry. The woman then asked the pharmacist what happened and the pharmacist began complaining about me in ear shot in a manner that an ignorant teen would. I interjected and said, excuse me you are being extremely rude and unprofessional. You know you were not wearing a mask and this is not okay for you to stand there and rip apart customers waiting. It's unacceptable! The other woman agreed and apologized to me for asking the pharmacist and I told her it was not her fault and that the pharmacist is demonstrating very poor etiquette. The pharmacist then ignored me after almost an hour of waiting for my prescription and didn't want to offer information verbally about the prescription. She then pretended to be busy on the phone when she kept telling her colleagues she was on hold. Then an elderly man came in who was upset because they told him his prescriptions were ready for pickup two days prior and they made him wait awhile. He then said to me that he feels the pharmacist needs to be trained on how to treat people and that he believes it's a cultural issue. I just think the woman has very poor people skills and zero consideration for others. If this were filmed it would be a viral sensation on such poor behaviour by a pharmacist. Again, I remained diplomatic the whole time. This woman in unable to take any amount of accountability or constructive criticism. Not good. She needs to go for HR training ASAP and PLEASE wear a mask at all times. You are to be a role model during the pandemic and you are compromising safety breathing over peoples prescriptions while insulting them with your negative attitude. Thank you.

Great store. Fantastic location, and the staff are amazing. I wish that the building would get a little TLC. The sign outside needs some cleaning and some of the letters don’t light up at night. Makes it look abandoned. The inside is a little better. Small, but the space is used well.

I had a very positive experience with the pharmacist at this particular Shoppers location.Despite being very busy and having a problem with their computer system, he was very gracious and apologetic for the brief delay. I listened to other staff speak warmly and professionally to customers in person and on the phone. Very lovely team! Thank you for the great service!

I recently moved to this neighborhood and chose this location as my designated pharmacy to fill prescriptions. While the store itself and staff are fine, the phone system is incredibly frustrating. Regardless of what extension you choose, you can't get through to anyone and you are sent back to the main menu, like an endless loop. Hopefully they fix their phones soon.
