I worked with Vulcan Hats team on two projects (1) They built a washroom and a bedroom in the basement at my rental property. They took all legal permit and all city inspections completed. They went above & beyond what they promised me and created a decorative wall in the bedroom. (2) They built 2 bedrooms legal second dwelling unit in the basement They did great job on time. They ask money as work progress. I had great experience working with them. I would recommend Vulcan Hats team to anyone looking for a professional contractor.
