From start to finish, the atmosphere was friendly. Chris, the new manager greeted us at the door, seated us in a nice location, readily took our drink order, food order (Chicken Cordon Bleu) and dessert order. On the way out he was just as pleasant, and said, We hope to see you back again). The atmosphere was one of hospitable friendliness throughout! We will be back!!! Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill
Always enjoy myself when I visit here with family. Our server, Kelsey, is always really on top of things and very fun to chat with. The food is classic, tasty pub food, and the vibe is perfect for a sports bar. Would absolutely love coming here on a game night. Small parking lot, but right beside Canadian Tire, so there’s plenty there. Great patio too!

First time here coming from Toronto to Ottawa. Food was really good and actually way better than expected for a sports bar. Service was amazing. Great staff, quick service. Would recommend if you're in the area.

You get what you expect. Nice, relatively quick service and decent food. Got the souvlaki chicken bowl, it was tasty.

Left a restaurant at the other end of the street due to poor service…waited an hour for a menu from a waitress who had overcharged us on a prior bill even though we said not to worry. We entered Shoeless…greeted warmly. Mel was exceptional!! Brought us waters instantly…talked about the menu invitingly….great smile….just a perfect experience and I promised to commend her ability to turn our entire evening around! She made the meal a pleasure. Thank you!

So so pricey for what you get. We say this every time but still go back. Service is good. Big screen TV and good sports vibe. I had nachos. Guess I should have read the menu, I didn’t realize they don’t use real cheese on their nachos, it’s that processed stuff.
