Called about getting a replacement key since mine snapped and they hung up on me after asking for my name and key number. Don't know if they have replacement or not guess I'll try somewhere else very disappointed and wasted my time

True story from one of your authorized dealerships. Leatherdale marine in ramara ontario. bought a bran new 9.9 mercury 4 stroke from this dealership last week. Took it out and it sputtered and shuddered and wouldn’t get above idol. Called, took it back in for service. Apparently fixed in a couple hours. Fouled plug.Picked it up, they tried to charge me $16 for new plugs (bran new motor loaded into my car by their employees). Charges waved, took it out today after the repair and EXACT same problem! Called Leatherdale’s stuck, km’s out on a lake with 15 people depending on me. At this point I demand someone bring me a new motor (11am). Spoke to the owner, took my number. Never even called me back. Called back at 4pm and the only option I have is to drive it back to them to “fix” again. $70 already spent on gas to buy, bring back, repair and pickup. Zero accountability after handing them $4000 cash. Give any other dealership your money, I’ve never had a worse customer service experience on my life. Not even a shred of sympathy, understanding or willingness to help. Even tried to blame me when their mechanic loaded it into my car both times.Don’t but a merc apparently. Dealers don’t stand behind the product and your screwed after giving you your money.

I stopped in as I could not get a answer from any dealers. The lady up front was the best help I received from Mercury, she gave me a list of local dealers as they do not deal with the public.( I get that, their a distributer outlit only) out of 5 dealers from the lust she gave me, one returned my call saying they could not get any information from Mercury.So here I stand with a 2019 mercury90 hp 4 strock wired to a sc1000 smart gage and nobody can tell me how or what I need too hook up a fuel sender to the smart gage.How very sad is that.

Not open to the public for parts which really sucks but very nice staff.
