It is not possible to update insurance for the trailer without visiting them. Last year I was able to do that.

Rather no star at all I went in had to wait 15 min because no one was there ?? While open then after that I got a grumpy guy that pretty much send be away without useful information or helping me out with questions I hadDefinitely not recommended

This is my favorite place to insure my car. They staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. On more than one occasion, they have gone above and beyond.

Last week my wife and I visited Sussex Insurance at The Super Store on Luckakuck in Chilliwack . Because we needed to keep our out of province drivers licence , ICBC was charging us over $400 per month for our BC plated car . I was unable to find anyone to help us to reduce the amount of payment .So that is when we visited Sukhdeep at Sussex .Sukhdeep , cared about us and our need for help . Because of her knowledge and patience she found a wonderful solution for that $ 400 per month ICBC bill , it became $ 140 per month bill.We are both grateful and impressed with Sukhdeep . She helped us immensely .We are happy to recommend Sukhdeep . We are also happy to entrust Sukhdeep for all our other insurance needs too .

Had great service from Jas yesterday. She was very professional when dealing with the rude customers ahead of me and very swift and helpful with my requests. I tried to give her a tip but she said she can’t accept them, Sussex insurance this queen deserves a raise pronto!!

I went here, trying to purchase my aunties car, who is going blind due to diabetes complications and can no longer drive. Understandably, her signatures aren't the best. This location refused to help me, saying the signatures looked forged, and told me to go somewhere else. I understand they have to cover their own backs because of fraudulent sales, etc, but when I tried to explain my situation and ask what my options were, the dismissive way I was treated was profoundly aggravating. There is no excuse for my experience at this location.
