I ordered cheques thru TD and it took way too long to receive them. They kept telling me , it will be the next day. I finally got them but I am still waiting for a written receipt, even though I paid them.It is quite remarkable they are still in business. My business will never do any future transactions with them again.Let's wait and see if I ever get a written hard copy of my receipt

Do not believe what they tell you. Patrice Edouard, the actual person in charge is a liar and doesn't keep his word. Made the same mistake twice, I know I'm a fool but gave him benefit of the doubt first time since it was verbal and I thought maybe I was wrong. Second time even in writing, he didn't keep his word. Do not trust whatever he tells you. He is a terrific salesman with a great personality which is why I falled for it.

Expedited cheques (products) were order from a Canadian bank. Client requested Priority Post Delivery through Canada Post. The Canadian bank staff assured the client that Canada Post Priority Post would deliver the products. Products did not arrive, and the client pursued Deluxe for information after the Canadian bank could provide no further insight. Report from Deluxe staff was that a discount courier, rather than Canada Post, was used, hence the failed delivery within the required time frame. Deluxe management team reported that the Canadian bank was at fault, even though the client's delivery instructions were provided to Deluxe by the institution. Also, customer service at the Canadian bank had no information regarding delivery options than that Deluxe's courier is Canada Post.Fact is that Canadian postal addresses in major centres may not contain sufficient information for a third party courier to successfully deliver to clients. Deluxe management appeared uneducated about this.As a consequence, the products did not arrive at the delivery address with certification. Instead, the client pursued the matter independently and found the products stored at the 3rd party delivery service's warehouse five business days after order was placed.Deluxe can redeem itself by being part of the solution.

Their reps lie to customers, false information.They lied about invoices will come with packageThey lied about invoices will send to me via email in few business daysplaced 6 orders all cheques came differently than what i requested, even i confirmed with them verbally and in writing and scanned copy of my current cheques as reference.For 2 weeks, without any responses from their supervisor AMY , completely ignoring emails and calls,Been waiting invoices for a month after i complained to Sales department head Tammy Kennedy, warning me do not contact deluxe anymore, because services they provided me is way beyond other customers. I ordered a chequebook through my Bank (TD) that has a deal with this company to deliver cheques. There were no other ways to obtain cheques through my bank. The initial estimate was 7 to 10 business days. After waiting for two weeks nothing was delivered and through later follow-ups I realised the mail was returned to them. I had a temporary address which worked for any other shipments (driving license, health card, insurance card, bank receipts), but this one was not delivered there. Then, I went to my bank and they ordered a second chequebook, this time to my apartment and it was supposed to be delivered faster. The agent had not put my apartment number, so this one was also not delivered. Not sure whose fault was it, the agent in the bank or the agent in Deluxe, but my full address was in my bank account, which they should have used. Then, I asked my bank to have it delivered to that branch to be on the safe side and it was supposed to arrive in 1-2 days. Few days has passed sine then and my last update was that the cheques were not yet printed yet. I am waiting for a month now and none of the cheques have been delivered. I was supposed to give it to someone waiting for it two weeks ago, still no updates. I have gone to my bank a couple of times, made multiple calls to the company, but they are not helpful. Very disappointed. If there was a way to go and pick it up myself I would do that. There were no other way to obtain the cheques. How difficult it is to print and ship a set of cheques?

Placed an order through CIBC, cheques were going somewhere else but Melissa spoke to her manager and got it routed to my new home address. They truly care for their customers. Thank you sincerely

I am the treasure for a small work reception group. Most of our energy is spent raising funds for various charities.We were forced to order new cheques from this company by T.D Bank. The first order of 400 cheques was out of sequence and were unusable. These cheques were replaced. I've just opened the new box and there is another error.. . It's been longer than 90 days so this company won't correct their mistake. Shame on them. The manager I spoke to won't stand behind their work

bunch of c*nts... was billed for cheques long ago that STILL haven't arrived, double days past due, and they have NO tracking, so now the paid-for, non existent product tied to my bank account are... somewhere... and not in time for the end of the month

This is probably the most annoying business I get unsolicited spam mail from nearly every week. If you want to get unwanted mail offering you products you were never interested in, THIS is the company for you! I’ll be reporting Deluxe to better business bureau shortly, but just want to also offer a heads up to anyone considering doing business with these people that they’re annoying, over priced and you will have a hard time severing the relationship. Think crazy ex meets spam mail. Hope this helps anyone considering Deluxe to look elsewhere :)
