Tile setter gurpal

I hired him to do a repair on my shower tile. After scheduling a day and time with me, he was 1.5 hours late. He didn't even tell me he would be late, I had to text him to find out first he would be 1 hour late, and then after that hour had passed I texted him again to find out he would be another 30 minutes. Once he arrived with his partner, he gave me no reason for his lateness and just asked if I needed the job done. I said he would have to wait because someone was using the washroom. He said ok then went back to his truck, and after a few minutes they left. I am very unhappy that he disrespected and wasted my time and could never recommend him to anyone else.
