Western Union Agent Location

I am not sure why this branch got less than 4 stars.Despite showing 2.1, i went to transfer money internationally.First time registration wait time was reasonable.The lady was clear and helpful.No issue and my wife got the money within 12 hours.Great thing was, got a follow up next time.

Poor customer service pick up some money almost 4 grands my name and my last name is same with my ID middle name is initial only coz thats how it work back home the east indian lady wont release it reason need to put the whole middle name on it!( my middle name is my mim last name for her to know) The middle initial is same letter in my paper. Dont hesitate to come on this area, you will just waste your has and gonna refused you ! They always had bad reviews!

Stopped in this evening and the guys were happy to help me out and get me in and out of there in a jiff. Im not too sure what everyone is wiggin out about, ive always and only used this location for the past 2 years very frequently and never had a problem. probably buncha bad case of the mondays for these other reviews haha people are way too critical of others.

My parents sent some money for family members in the Philippines, the lady reassured them that the name of the recipient was spell correctly (she even spelled it out for my parents), yet she typed it in wrong. My parent just got home when they realize the discrepancies with the name. We go back there to fix HER mistake at our own expense (money, time, and enery), keep in mind we live in saddletowne so it's a long ways away. This lady has the audacity to justify her mistake instead of apologizing. (Making it seem like my immigrant parents were at fault) Make sure you ask them to check there computers, if the information they put down is correct because, clearly they have some incompetent workers.The person who handled my parent's transaction was on night shift Sunday, Sept 15, 2019.

If I could give a zero, I would. Very impolite. Asks the dumbest questions for verification and says it's for security reasons". Had an old lady in front of me and the rep didn't try to give her enough time to get herself settled. Rushed through every customer as if she was on a timer."

Identity Theft must happen from here. I have being before 3 or 4 ppl telling them their name, address, phone no., age, T4 that is paid ...........& etc. I dont know why people need to send or receive money through this God forsaken western union there are alot other companies that kiss your hand that u brought business to them. I am sure WU is going down day by day but their brag, proud face ( always frowning face ) is something else as if u came to bother them. PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY TO OR FROM SOME WHERE ELSE.

Went to this location yesterday to pick up money and an employee name Dev is very unprofessional and rude. Asking a set of unnecessary questions. He have my ID in front of him and he still asking me what's my name, my address and phone number. When he was giving me the money and receipt he threw it by the window then walk away. Seriously, this guy is the worst I've ever dealt with. I don't know what his problem is but he should not be treating customers like that.
