We have been with Village Honda since 2008 and until the present time. All of our vehicles were purchased at this dealership. Honda cars are reliable based from our personal experience. I faithfully follow the advice from the service department to keep our cars in very good condition. I am happy to say say that we have never brought our vehicles to another dealership for routine as as well as emergency maintenance.Thank you Village Honda for keeping them in tiptop shape. How a business responds to mistakes is the best way to measure its quality. After a super stressful morning of miscommunication, I want to thank Vicky and Murray for their patience and kindness and genuine apologies.I had booked an appointment for servicing and confirmed my part had arrived the day before, so I could take the day off work to make this task possible. I arrived with my two small children, checked in the service department, unstrapped their car sets and prepared for the day with my trailer and headed to the courtesy shuttle desk to get a ride.This was when I found out the part had t arrived even after the confirmation from the day before. Needless to say I was very unhappy but the management, Vicky and Murray were wonderful and understanding of miscommunication in their department.Good customer service goes a long way!!Melba

I have been a customer since January of 2020 and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great and they really care about their customers. I frequently go in for oil changes for my vehicle and usually use the shuttle service so I don’t have to wait around at the dealership. Today I was taking the shuttle back home and was very sick. I was honestly dreading going back to pick up my car later. The driver must have told them I was quite ill because when they called to book my shuttle back they offered to instead bring my car to me at no additional charge! This is the kind of above and beyond customer service that is lacking nowadays. They already had my loyalty as a customer but this cemented it. I’ll never buy a vehicle from anywhere else as long as I live in this city! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you so much! ❤️

As a first time car buyer, it can be very intimidating, but the employees at Village Honda makes the purchasing experience extremely easy. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Polo Evans! If you ever need a car, find Polo, he’ll make sure you are well-taken care of throughout the whole process. (Even outside of work!)
