I bought a new Seagull acoustic guitar back in November 2021 online with this company. I dealt with Aaron on the phone and email, he was awesome! My experience was great from start to finish! I would highly recommend this store.

It's my first stop when looking for any pro audio/dj equipment.Their warehouse location has stock of a lot of the newest equipment on display and ready for demo. Staff is very knowledgeable and aren't your typical retail staff that don't know anything, they work in the industry and use the same equipment they sell, so know what they're talking about. Lots of great advise and expertise if you have questions!

I bought a tube amp online. They shipped promptly and securely and threw in a nice T Shirt :-)I noticed some rattle from the amp. I called.Shawn, who received my call, instructed me for a quick check to see if the rattle was from some power tubes. That seemed to be the case with one of the 4 power tubes. After determining that the rattle was from only one of the tubes, he contacted the amp manufacturer to make sure if one tube replacement would be enough. As per manufacturer, this particular amp, which needs power tube replacement in pairs. Shawn contacted me and said that he's be selling two new tubes, which I received the next day.A+ service.Very impressed and recommended
