Interesting Lebanese food, wrap with chicken mixed veges and chicken rice bowl. Price is medium . Our bill $38 with coconut cookies

Great Donair! Very delicious! Gave 4 stars because I ordered Mozza sticks and paid and then was told they were out and said I could get something else. So I opted for Jalapeño poppers. For $8.95 you get 6 poppers and no dip for them. So I went to order a dip and had to pay for it. I’m thinking for $8.95 they should come with dip, and they are quite bland without. Other than that I really enjoyed the meal! Ohh. And they have a bitcoin ATM! Bonus points!

Absolutely delicious meal! Ordered the Basha Big Bite, huge donair for a great price point. Made extremely well, with all the toppings. Pita bread was fresh, and all the veggie toppings were great too!! Meal was brought to our table and even cleaned up after we were done as well. The place is nice and clean and all the staff were very polite and friendly.I can not say enough good things about the food and service here, especially in today's climate of inflation and lack of service.Well done Basha!! :)

I have never been dissatisfied with the food and service from Basha. My family and I are always amazed that we can taste the love in every bite, but never surprised by it.The taxi fries are a favorite and a must for every order. The blend between sweet and savory with the toppings (always cooked to perfection) are the ultimate comfort food!! We are working our way through the menu as our tastes shift and are currently loving the sasquach and the Ashley hangover. If you're craving protein, look no further. Don't be afraid to try extra toppings! The pickles are an absolute delight and go well with most everything to add that extra 'zing' you may be craving.Although we come for the food, my heart is always warmed when I arrive. Not only are the staff friendly to me on a customer service front, by far the biggest draw to the establishment is how the staff are treated. I have only ever heard words of affirmation and appreciation directed to the staff. Speaking as a working class citizen, I cannot express my utmost gratitude for this alone.Thank you, Basha team! You're doing amazing things.God bless.

The option of having halal food in Kelowna is very limited. This place serves a full halal menu.The food was good but the quantities and presentation could have been better. We requested the burger be cut in half at the time of ordering and were told it will be done. Then when serving the same person apologized and said they can not cut it and will provide us a knife (plastic knife). It wasn't a major issue and overall service was not bad.The reason for a low rating would be the taste. I didn't feel it was very flavorful and felt a bit bland. The rice bowl was tasteless and the quantity could have been better. I've had a number of shawarmas and donairs over the years and for the price they have I was expecting something a lot more promising.

Went in for lunch when I walked in I was the only customer in the store and ordered to go and tipped. As I waited saw more people come in and order as well as delivery drivers pick up orders. After 15 I was handed wrong order for dine in and presented my receipt after another 10 or so mins of waiting I got my food with some light apologies and nothing else.Took around 25 mins total to get one chicken wrap. would not recommend coming here if you are on a lunch break also in terms of portion and quality and service sub city donair is better.

This is a wonderful place! The food is so delicious and fresh, flavorful and portions are great. We had lunch here and the owner was there, and he was so kind and friendly, such a nice restaurant with quick service and very tasty food! Highly recommend!

I was not disappointed by Basha at all. I ordered the Chad" with a beer to wash it down. The sauce and peppers were all spicy as I hoped for. They have a great drink selection including a few parallel 49 beers on tap."

I've eaten here about ten times, and it's always great. Good value for the cost, the donaires are quite hefty!The staff and owner are all super friendly.And they do not skimp on the meat.9/10, will 100% be eating here again.
