The environment was nice including the people. It felt like I was buying a car that I needed, not them trying to sell me a car that I don't want. Grant was very nice, helpful and listen to what I had to say.

When my old car died on me Steve and Ron maybe it stress free for me until my vehicle came off the truck. The process of getting approved and the keys in my hand was super easy and Thank you to Kyle in finance helping me set up a payment plan. Very excited driving in my brand new vehicle.

I would give no stars if I could. I called to get a quote for a blower motor and was told a price for the part and labour for 2.5 hours which was fine (in the $700 area). Fast forward, I go to get a diagnostic done to ensure that it was the blower motor, $125 per hour. They needed 2 hours, that's fine.What's not fine, is the fact that when they called to discuss the price of work and labour I was told that the work that was needed on my car was $2950. This included: labour, blower motor, brakes, brake flush, caliper.I asked about how much it would cost to change my brakes and caliper and was told it would be $1400 which included a brake flush. For the record, this is a MAJOR rip off, they need to do this when they change your brakes anyway. I had asked why the price of blower motor and labour was different than last time, it being close to $1k now, I was told that the cost of labour went up $10 an hour and when I asked why there was a $300 difference and was told that it would now take 5 hours to change the part.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING RIPPED OFF. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!I will NEVER bring my car here again and I will NEVER buy another KIA thanks to your establishment.

I had an incident yesterday, 1/2 L of sealed" carpet glue opened and spelled in my car's trunk. I tried to remove and clean it as much as I can.I went to KIA cornwall

Driving from nova scotia to niagra, engine light came on and our Sorento had a miss....it came out of it and then it happened again, the engine light stayed on. We stopped at uptown kia and they got us in and checked out very quickly!! Talked to service and one of the sales team members for a bit before we left, hands down one of the politest and courteous dealers I have stopped at in a while!! Back on the road and satisfied :)

Excellent is the way we would describe the sales team and service department at Uptown Kia. Salesman Grant was honest and made sure we were happy and Chris and Evan were super in the service department that went above and beyond to please. For a great vehicle Kia is the best.

Sorry this is a bit long. I recently bought a new 2023 Kia Forte Ex+ and the service was amazing! I wasn't able to go in person since my previous car finally quit on me so I called the dealership and spoke with Miranda in finance. She made the entire experience straight forward and stress free answering any questions I had. She also made sure the car had everything I wanted from a sunroof to heated steering wheel without trying to push or upsell any extras.When it came time to pick the car up, Ron had all of paperwork ready to go, explained everything to us and made sure all of our questions were answered. He followed up a couple days later to make sure I was enjoying the car.Before leaving Grant from the sales department went over the car with me to show me all of the features and to make sure I understood everything before leaving.Miranda, Grant & Ron, thank you so much again for the excellent service! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I just had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2022 Rio. This is an amazing dealership. Steve, Lyn & Reid in service are wonderful to deal with. We got our last 2 cars through the help of Lyn & Steve. Both men are so lovely. I recommend this dealership anytime I hear of someone looking for a new vehicle.
