had such an amazing first experience at the clinic yesterday. i felt supported, comfortable, and was given heaps of information throughout the entire process. not only that, but i didn’t feel the pressure to make a glasses purchase at the facility. i look forward to being a clien/patient for as long as possible!

The front staff were very friendly & greeted me.I saw Dr. Tong, she was very friendly & she answered all of my questions. I appreciated that greatly. Dr. Tong explained every procedure she was doing as well.Dr. Markarian was also very friendly as well and she too explained every procedure and answered all of my questions.I highly recommend Brantford Eye Care for your eye care.

I'm always welcomed with friendly and kind staff. My new optometrist Dr. Amaral is excellent - very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She went above and beyond to ensure I receive the best care possible and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never feel rushed when I'm getting help here. I really appreciate Carrie's help, patience and great taste when she helped me to find my new pair of eyeglasses. I highly recommend Brantford Eye Care, the quality of service is excellent and they have a wide range of glasses to choose from and many good brands. Also, they redesigned and renovated the office and it looks beautiful and modern.Thank you!

Overall very impressive, customer service was great, Professional, experience but very understanding and made me feel comfortable and relax atmosphere to express concerns and the responses were kind and gentle. I didn't feel rushed during examination with Dr Jill. Carrie was amazing and very impressive knowledge selecting suitable frames and explaining prescriptions types. Very please my Eye examination.Still awaiting finalize complete eyewash and prescription fulfillment hopefully it will be great will await the final
