Service was good. Quality of food is major issue. Had carnivore pasta dish. Was shocked at the cheap, tasteless quality of ingredients. I feed my pets better quality meat. Honestly stay home and open a jar of sauce. More flavour

My husband and I were in the restaurant at approximately 4pm-4:30ish on April 17th, 2023 and all we heard was screaming from the back of the restaurant by one of the employees. This was a very unprofessional thing to do while diners were in the restaurant trying to enjoy a nice meal. While the food was great, the level of professionalism and atmosphere was not. I really hope this was not a manager or owner doing so as this is not how you treat employees. Do better Boston Pizza!!!!

Boston pizza is a casual place for lunch or dinner; however, I’ve had a handful of poor experiences from this specific location. I went yesterday for Father’s Day and had a short black hair in my sandwich, the ceasars were way too salty, and the fries were soggy and lacked any flavour. In addition, the app plates they brought over were dirty and unusable.The only reason why I’m giving a 3 star and not a 2 is because staff are friendly.

It's visits like these that are making Boston Pizza our favourite place no matter which location. This franchise is being run well. The service was prompt, responsive and friendly. The food was served hot and fresh. The kids menu portions are stellar. We love just getting a bunch of different pizzas and splitting them.

Took my son for lunch. No kids menu or coloring page was given. We didn't even get cutlery. We had pizza so it wasn't needed. And first time nobody asked if the food was good after the minute or so. Food was good.I'll still return. Hopefully better experience next time.

Placed an order online for pick up and the individual in line in front of me was a courier to pick up an order, but he didn’t have a thermal bag. Hats off to this location for refusing to hand over an order to a delivery driver that didn’t have a thermal bag! It shows that this restaurant values food quality to give their customers the best experience whether they are dining in or eating at home. Keep up the good work!

Dined in during Thanksgiving. Place was quiet so it was nice and server was super attentive! Had Bandera bread and the Shrimp Alfredo Pasta. Generous serving but on the pricier side. Very good and consistent pasta whichever Boston Pizza we go.

I was there at my birthday, there was no waiting time. We got good service from staff and the food was delicious. I recommend the Hawaiian pizza here. It is different than other pizza restaurants. At the end i got the brownies and vanilla ice cream as a birthday gift from the restaurant. The taste was so good. I appreciated.

We went at Valentine’s day, it was a line up but we got served quite quickly. Great decorations, responsible and respectful staff and best of all the heart shape Deluxe Pizza really made our night. ❤️

This was my first cheat meal in months. The server was amazing and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.
