I loved the burrito and tots. But my associate did not like his bigger burrito. I would go again, but he would not. The service was mediocre with 5 in the store but no one dining-in but us. As we left ALL the staff were out the back for a smoke and socializing.

The restroom was out of soap. I used hand sanitizer . While we were eating our tacos three staff members proceeded to use that restroom and head straight back to the kitchen when they were done. No hand washing!!! All of them hung out back. Cigarette smoke and flys came in through the open door. Very disgusting!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was really good. Prices are not too bad. I had never been to a Taco John's before so I took my time looking at the menu. I never felt rushed by the workers. I find that hard to find when you go to a fast food place or just most places in general. Well definitely go back.

Rarely open, definitely not clean, and made an online order, showed up to find them closed, tried to complain to corporate, got a call from the owner" who then said they'd get us a refund

Went inside to order to-go. Agree with other review(s) suggesting how cold it was, but we were not in there long. We found the group of gentlemen working to be very helpful and appreciate that they took their time to get the order right.We did not use the restroom, so there is no comment there.Only other blemish was not being able to order the Boss Chicken, being they were out of some ingredients. We didn't intend to order beverages, but the gentlemen disclosed ahead of our order that they were out of carbonation.Otherwise, the food was as we expected from a Taco John's without anything to otherwise call-out.Overall assessment... not perfect but met our needs and would visit again.

Fast service, it's reasonable because it's the only fast food in the area. The food was decent for a Taco john's, but it was absolutely freezing in the dining area. It was 60° outside and even colder in the building, because they had the air conditioning so cold, I started shivering before I even got done ordering. The food came warm but the atmosphere cooled it immediately. Otherwise it was fine though.

Service was terrible. Staff is rude. Took forever to get food. We ordered 4 of the same combos and only brought out 1 then treated us like we did something wrong. Stay away from here.

We came to get lunch and they were pretty slow. We went through the drive-through and they charged us $2 for medium water! They then forgot the waters until I had to remind them. It took about 5 minutes just to fill up water. The food was not the best. The chicken taco tasted like plastic and the chicken was cold. I felt like I was going to throw up after. The prices were pretty high as well. I do not reccomend.
