Good real beef patties, however their quality could use a facelift. Bought a portobello mushroom melt burger, and it quite literally had 4 peices of mushroom. Wasn't impressed, as usual with fast food, not as advertised.

Have gone here a decent amount because I like Wendy's. This store is poorly managed though. Consistently get cold fries, sloppy burgers and confusion at the drive through order station. Had a coupon for an egg sandwich combo and decided to go there instead of waiting in line at Tim's. She put the coffee on AFTER I paid and I waited about 10 minutes for the order. Was asked to pull ahead and wait in the parking area even though there were no cars behind me. No wonder Tim's has a lineup and Wendy's is empty. Lol! Food was just good enough to choke down instead of throwing it out and coffee was weak. Definitely not returning for breakfast and probably not returning at all. Do better.

This is a Wendy's and Tim Hortons in a shared space. Wendy's is very consistent. Exactly what you expect from a Wendy's franchise. Definitely worth mentioning employee Ben who provides top notch customer service every time. The atmosphere is less great now that you need a code to use the bathrooms.

Too bad I can't give a half of a star... Drive thru service was rude and cold, just like the chicken burger I received. Overdone and dry, with the tiniest piece of nasty brown-edged lettuce that barely covered a quarter of the burger. With the price of fast food these days I definitely expected better. I ate it only because I was hungry and a 20 minute drive away - didn't see this before I returned to work.I will not be returning to this location.

Wendy's and Tim Hortons share the same building, a nice combo if you ask me.Anyway the place is nice, nothing special and the service was quick. Though I have to admit it a bit odd that you need a code to use the bathrooms. Must be some history behind that!Since this is located across the road from the ferry it's easy to grab a bite or coffee before getting on the ferry.

As usual we go to Wendy's for the salad take outs. The high quality of their salads was as expected. They do them better than any other fast-food place.The service was acceptable speed (now a days there is nothing fast about fast food anywhere), the staff were polite and efficient.Order was accurate and as mentioned the food was great.I do miss the 2-option combo of a half salad and another item...

Had a 1 start rating before and I had to change it as they have gotten much faster and the workers seem alot happier. I think they must have a new manager who is Killin it.

I just love the Baconator. Nice and clean place. And being in the same building as Tim Hortons allows me to get a great coffee at the same time.

Poor management, I just went threw their drive threw. Their sign lights were off. So, I drove to the window just to see if they were closed. The management tells me that, there're still open. To drive back around and take my order there. Waste my gas, because they didn't have their lights on. Hopefully next time. They put their sign on and help a little bit more.I used to like this location, but lately they seem to be rude and short with not only myself, but with my family. Whom have notice the same thing.Come on Wendy's, I've been understanding that you've been short staff and all up until this point.
