I used to love going to this location. Last night my family waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. I left my car and went inside to an absolute gongshow! Lineup to the door, people waiting an hour for their food, but the staff was still pushing out skip orders. Went back to my car and spoke to the driver ahead of me, hadn't even taken their money, he was completely ignored when he tapped on the window. Apparently some staff was walking out. Close your doors and warn people at the drivethru if you can't keep up! Once you are in the drive-thru, you are stuck...once we were able to leave, many vehicles followed. Won't be going back :(

Basically I spent 20 bucks on tortilla shells. Everything I ordered was ridiculously stingy on.the toppings and cold .. Worst Taco.Bell I've ever had .. Can't stand being ripped off like this

What an absolute waste of time and money. The crunch wrap Supreme was pretty much just a tortilla with cheese. Next to no meat, and definitely no crunch. Thank goodness we ordered some KFC. The only thing that tasted good from Taco Bell was the Baja Blast

Where to start, we haven’t had Taco Bell in over 2 years and had a craving so we decided to order online for pick up for family of 6. Our order was missing all the fries, the portion sizes were so small, the hard tacos were about 1cm thick, soft tacos had barely any meat or cheese, just lettuce.. could barely tell the Gordita crunch apart from the hard tacos it was so small, I can’t believe we paid $80 for less than $25 worth of food. There was more meat of the nacho supreme than there was on the 3 soft tacos. Such a rip off!!

Would give this dive a minus rating if I could. Went too eat inside the restaurant and the place was so dirty and filthy! Every table was dirty and not cleaned,the food was horrible and soggy. They screwed up my order,the lady had the nerve to say that I was lying. Good thing that I still had my reciept! Save yourself a trip to the West End too be disappointed,after this experience I sure will never ever eat at Taco Bell ever again.

Food is fine, the employee or manager that screams at their coworkers is not. Super upsetting to listen to an employee yell and berate another employee while waiting for your food. Called the store and the manager didn’t seem to care much. Shame on you, do not speak to your coworkers that way.

Very bad service it took 25 minutes which I wasn’t bothered by but then at the window I asked for a handful of mild sauce the guy grabbed 4 of the wrong kind and didn’t wait for me to grab them dropped two on the road and just walked away. Food was still good though just terrible service.

I ordered bean tacos and nachos without ground beef almost 45 mins ago through the app and they sent me beef tacos and nachos. I almost didn’t realize until I took a bite of the taco and normally I wouldn’t ever write a review for an order mix up but for me consuming beef is a sin and against my faith. Definitely never ordering from taco bell again and compromising my faith for a meal.
