Toll Small Engines

I visited a couple of small engine dealers while looking for a Toro Timemaster mower, and stopped into Toll Small Engines. It's a locally owned shop that I chose to make my purchase because they offer great customer service. Matt answered my questions and Brady took the time to demonstrate the mower and gave me some good tips. I also save some money here as well which is always important, especially in our current high inflation times. I would definitely recommend checking out Toll Small Engines.

What can be said about Toll Small Engins...I went to pick up my new Toro mower. Matt was easy to deal with, the owner Brady came out to shake my hand and congratulate me on the purchase, then talked and showed us some of the other battery-operated products they sell, I never felt like a number like you would at some of the other shops in the area, I was treated like a friend. If you are looking for lawn equipment, this is the only place you need to go. Friendly priced accordingly and easy to deal with, the small mom and pop is where it is at. Check them out and you will be glad you did.

I stopped in and asked to have my lawn mower blade sharpened. They were able to do it while I waited. I am happy to know that it is not only sharp but also safely re-installed on the mower.

This was one of the best service I have ever had.I had a brand new Toro snowblower that was purchased at a big box retail store. I used it to do half of my driveway and it failed. Seemed like the motor seized.Called around to multiple Toro service centers and they said three weeks to look at it. Called Toll and they fit me in to at least get an idea of the problem.They found a failed pulley and belt drive to the auger. Toro said that they may get them parts in the new year. Toll stepped up on my behalf and said that was not good enough. I got a phone call wishing me a merry Christmas as Santa has brought me a fully repaired snow blower.So total time from the part failure to repair was about two and a half weeks. Not bad seeing as the other guys still wouldn't have looked at it yet.I was floored with the excellent communication and service that was provided. I will 100% have all my small engine needs done here no questions asked.Thank you guys.

Amazing Service!They picked it up, they dropped it off for a reasonable fee. They gave our ol lawn tractor a once over, fixed everything it needed and brought it back a couple days later!! Highly recommend

I purchased a Toro snowblower this year but was having problems getting it to run. I called Toll and they were able to bring it in, fix everything up including getting parts and deliver it back to my house in less than a week. Since it was under warranty I only had to pay for delivery. I’m very happy with how everything is working now and will definitely go back if I ever have another issue.

I've been going to Toll regularly for the past month now because I own a landscaping business. The customer service is very friendly and I'm always in and out quickly when I need to get something. They always have the parts that I need for my equipment and fix my equipment incredibly fast for a good price. On top of that, it always starts like its brand-new when I get it back! I will be dealing with Toll only for my small engines needs going forward, because they are very reliable, affordable, and friendly!

I have had 2 occasions to visit them and both experiences have been excelent. They are friendly and knowledgable. With one repair job theya rototiller they called and offered options depending on if it was used regularly. Will use them again and highly recomend their services.
