Absolutely frustrated with the person on the end of the phone today. This is the second time in two years trying to get a storage unit with these people. Both times I have tried to obtain a unit if one becomes available. They are not willing to let a person know and won’t even take your name/number if one does. Absolute refusal on their part. They are first come first serve only. Really!!! So what I call you everyday, every week.

Just not good people offer to pay to get are family's things and told there gone we've had storage unit with them a year and we feel behind got caught up but then they wanted us out but we had we feel behind again and she says are things are gone for there sake they better have went to service canada and done it right

Customer is definitely never right here!! I agree with some of the other reviewers that the person running the storage units is quite RUDE. We rented a unit and I SPECIFIED only needing it for 2 months at the time of rental. They expected me to give at least 30 days notice so to call them back in the first month! I figured I did this at the start when I told them the final date. But they billed for 3 months anyways. Good thing I called them at the end just to let them know it was empty and clean or else they might have still been billing me!!!! I had a mouse destroy one of my blankets there too.
