Never go to this border to flagpole. Officer we encountered was rude, cruel, zero compassion at all, clearly hated her own miserable life and chose to take it out on us. Disgrace to Canada.

Closes WAY too early after the Covid days. Really hard to make it in time when we drive to visit family. Should be open until 8 or 9pm. Changing from 11pm to 6pm is ridiculous.

Great experience. Officers were very friendly and a lot more people oriented" than they're generally made out to be. Very patient and took time to explain the process.Word to the wise- cbd oil IS viewed as marijuana; they test it for THC to differentiate if it is truly cbd or cbd with thc. They take the latter

Great experience returning home to Canada!Border officers were polite and efficient. Brent and Scott at the watercraft inspection area were an absolute pleasure to talk to as they inspected our kayak. They even gave us a cleaning cloth and some great stickers for our kayak. 10/10 experience!

Very rude(lady) agent this morning!!!She didn’t want to do my wp process at all.Except the officer who received us ,he was so friendly and polite!!!She just kicked me away without even a report of my process.

I came to Border here at 6:45 pm to get a work permit. However, I had to go through the US border and return to the Canadian border to see work, but the border to the US closed at 6pm.Canada is open until 9:00 PM, and I made a mistake by thinking that they both close at the same time... I went back to the Coutts border to work. It was nice to come to the border here again after about 13 years.And I had a brief conversation with two Canadian border officers and they were both friendly.

(Why can't my review be seen?)DONT COME FOR PGWP THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED RA*ST refused to understand Covid policy on gov website. They will ask you to leave Canada in 14 days and refused to communicate, ask you to GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY. WHITE KAREN woman not give a glance at you when doing her own stuff and ask you leave by command
