Have used end of the roll several times. Recently a couple weeks ago. They put some linoleum in my basement bedroom.I can always rely on them to come when they say they’re coming. Give me the product I’ve asked for. No excuses no delays. You can always count on them.All the staff are great. From the show room to the installation.

Great experience...right from the sales people in the store to the installation technician. So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The price is right and really the selection was quite substantial. The installer Tom was exceptional...the installation is the key to success -so meticulous to detail. The installation was on stairs which have a lot of corners and railings to consider - such a good job - he has many years of experience so knows what he is doing and can recommend to you the best approach. Very happy with the carpet and the installation.

They did return the next day just to fix a minor issue which took less than 10 minutes. I will definitely return for more flooring when im ready to replace in other rooms.Thank you!!

Seven years ago my wife and I went to End of the Roll to have our carpet on our stairs replaced. They did a great job and we loved the experience so last week when we were thinking of replacing them again we went for a visit. We were greeted by Dallas, he gave us his honest opinion on what he would recommend. When we told him we had been there seven years prior, he was able to look up our file and tell us what we needed. Just two days later Tom the installer came by to confirm measurements and carpet choice. He gave us a fair quote and we called in to confirm our pricing. We spoke with Beverly and she was able to explain the differences in carpet quality and price. Five days later, we have our carpet installed and are very happy with it! Tom was very accommodating to our schedule and we were shocked how quickly we were able to have everything completed. We recommend the team at End of the Roll Kingston for your flooring needs!!

My experience with End of the Roll did not go very well. I purchased a piece of carpet and underlay for my front entrance. I created a template and copied it on the carpet to be cut. I then called end of the Roll to see if they could assist me with cutting it. They said to bring it in as they would be willing to help. When I brought it in an employee of the store said no they would not be able to cut it. I was not pleased as I had travelled some distance after calling and speaking to someone else who said they would help. I didn't want to travel all the way back home and then back again, I was upset and decided to cut it myself there at the store. Unfortunately I cut it wrong, and after they bounded it and I brought it home it did not fit or form to the space it was intended to form too. Not pleased with my experience with End of the Roll, but accept responsibility for having cut it improperly as I was upset at the time with their lack of assistance in helping me as they said they would on the phone.

I have been their customer for over 8 years and every time they never disappoint. Very awesome from the beginning to the end. Brother Dallas and the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs. Blessings

I had a 2yr old deposit with the store. Not only did they honor it they offered 50 as interest earned. My friend and I bought two carpets. The staff was excellent. They were courteous and so helpful.We love our rugs! Thanks for a great shopping experience!
