Love both of these stores in Victoria, especially the one on Cook St, very competitive pricing vs HD and Lowes, sometimes even better. Sometimes wish they were open past 5:30 pm, especially because their location proximity to downtown area! One of these days will definitely setup an account with you guys, always remember at the checkout. ;) Lastly and most importantly is how friendly and personable people work here.Thank you for your service, selection, and availability!

Staff provide good service and they have most of what you need. However pay for staff is low. Working for them left me feeling deincentivized. I do shop there and prefer them to big box.

Just so much better and more enjoyable to shop than at the big box stores. They have a surprisingly good stock of many items you would think hard to find. What I’m really pleasantly surprised about are the excellent plant choices in the back. Lots of native plants and a great variety. Keep up the good ordering!

Called the store about an item I searched online that said they had it in stock. Girl answering the phone talked so fast I could hardly understand her. After waiting ten minutes and listening to their horrible adds a man finally answered. First of all he had not heard of the product and said it might have to be ordered from the warehouse. I said that the website said it was in stock. Back to the excuse it might have to be ordered from the warehouse--never offered to physically check the self. Bye Bye! Called the Cook Street Store and the man went and checked the selves right away and found what I was looking for. Picking them up later. What a difference from poor service to excellent service!

Friendly and knowledgeable with competitive pricing. They often have parts that are not found at other hardware stores or make it easy to order them in.

Great little store with just about everything you need. Friendly staff and good service. My go to place in the neighborhood.

Even after having worked across the street for some 4 years, I've never been inside. I was indeed very pleasantly surprised at the huge selection in store. I've already been back 3 more times...

Haven't bought here although have visited multiple times to explore it. Seems very well stocked offering all kinds of building materials, hardware and electrical equipment. Practically sells anything you could want for your home minus actual furniture. Very similar store to Canadian tire or home depot. Would recommend.

I love this little store. Great selection besides the fact that the lights I purchased didn't work
