Dollar Tree

Normally I never had issues at this store. However today I witnessed the cashier be extremely rude and taking down to customers when asked about his not wearing gloves and mask. There would have been a better way to communicate his personal concern without chasing the other customer out of the store. He then continued to rant to other customers and coworkers how it's his right to not wear them and if people don't like it they can shop somewhere else.As I was leaving he proceeded to cough and wipe his nose before proceeding to handle customers items. Given the current conditions his attitude was insulting and I will visit other dollar trees or dollar mas and avoid this one

the employees are extremely rude towards younger members

I was discusted today with an employee couching so bad I could hear her all through the store. She was at the front the whole time. I am deaf and can't hear much. But all I heard the whole time was this nasty lady coughing. No covering her mouth or wearing a mask. She would not have a job if it was not for customers. So how about respecting us by staying home if you are sick or wearing a mask. And then I heard another employee asking her if she has COVID and she laughed. What I spent in this store today probably payed for her whole shift. I am a regular customer and don't know if I will be back

They have great choices in party supplies. The employee stocking the shelves was very helpful. They suggested different aisles where I might find the theme" for which I was looking."

I truly have to say that this place is a joke. I went there yesterday to buy something for a $1.50. I handed the girl a $20 bill. After punching the item in she told me that she could not accept my money for such a small item amount. What did she expect me to do bring pennies? That's OK the gas station in the same parking lot got my business.

The store manager talks to her employees too loud we can here all their business. One employee will be in an aisle and she will be 3 aisles over and yell. Sorry for.posting this but I find it rude.

It's great for getting stuff for the house when on a budget but some of the ladies that work there are not friendly

Always getting new stock. Staff are very friendly, busy, but willing to help. No one sitting around in this store. The store itself has most of what other Dollar Tree stores have but even the displays are attractive and friendly. I don't live in this neighborhood but make sure I drive by on my travel route.

When I was looking for a couple things yesterday, the new lady, Darlene, literally went through different aisles with me to try to help find what I was looking for. Even though we didn't find everything I wanted, I really appreciate the patience and attentiveness she provided. Went to Dollarama after and they acted like I was bothering them, didn't actually show me where something was, and then told me they didn't have it when I asked another person.
