I picked the build your own menu. I chose the small portion and ordered small bowl with rice, duck breast, and 1 topping. It tasted really good. The service was okay, not really quick but tolerable since it wasn't that busy when I came. The place is really nice too. I like the design of the place. The only downside is the price. I found it a little bit too expensive for that size. But, it offers a healthy option, which makes them unique. Will come here again in the near future for sure.

Very generous portions. The assortment of ingredients made this enjoyable although the ingredients individually themselves weren’t anything spectacular other than the sashimi.I found my bowl to have been much, much too salty for me.It was good but it wasn’t something to rave about. It’s worth a try but won’t be craving it anytime.The girl covering the shift alone was sweet and working very hard to meet the constant orders. Thank you!

Such a great idea! I always get the Rip Tide bowl and sometimes add salmon. Very filling and love the fresh ingredients. The spicy mayo is a great touch. Would love to see the menu expand.

I love this place so much! They serve delicious poke bowls and they are also allergy friendly. I can’t have gluten, dairy, or soy and it has been very hard to find tasty food options when I go out. The person taking my order was kind enough to give me a list of what each ingredient contains so I was able to get something that wouldn’t make me sick. I highly recommend ordering from here.

I love the meals here but the first time, someone forgot multiple items for my Build Your Own Poke Box and the second time, the person taking my order was literally on Facebook Messenger while simultaneously taking my order. Literally typing on her phone on the counter and typing into the iPad for my order. I ended up having to stop giving my order in the middle to let her finish her message so I could feel more confident she got my full order, given last time items were missed and I really wanted to make sure that didn’t happen again.

Food is delicious.However, staff are unhappy, likely from being underpaid and overworked (not enough staff on duty at peak time which was lunchtime) and rather slow... while the franchise owner rakes in the profit from overpriced food.Atmosphere was horrible. The place was clean and organized but there was club music blasting through the speakers which was really annoying and pretty much inappropriate in the middle of the day.

Love a sushi burrito & this place did not disappoint. Ordered the Lava Blaze and it was so fresh and the salmon was very good quality. It was not as spicy as I was anticipating, but I appreciated the fact that it wasn’t dripping in sauce (which I don’t love). Really looking forward to trying more items on the menu. & have to emphasize that it was really fresh and put together very nicely. Loved it.

Staff are nice and helpful, and the selection was really good! I like that they have smoked duck, kale and sweet onion here (something that you can’t find in other poke places in Toronto and Vancouver). Protein is fresh. The only downside is that I find the sushi rice to be slightly mushy but it still was tasty.

If you like sushi and want to eat something healthy, then this place is a must. I was skeptical about this place but when I tried it, it was freaking awesome, I love the food here and there are too many customizable options available. The best way to describe this would be just like “burrito bowl” this is what I call “sushi bowl”. I am a vegetarian and I personally love this place, food is super healthy and tasty. Their sushi rice is excellent, and the veggies that they top up with is what makes it worth it. At most places they stuff their bowls with rice and bare minimum veggies, here the story is difficult. Its a must try for foodie, it’s unique, delicious and most importantly healthy.
