I had the pleasure of dealing with Chantelle, she went above and beyond to help me get the best plan for me. She is amazing to deal with and always had a beautiful smile. I do wish you had stools for them to sit on, I highly suggest it, and hope they get some. Other booths have them. Thank you Chantelle for making my day that much better.

Izeiyah was the most personable person so friendly and helpful. His patience with customers is outstanding and because of this I have switched not only my phone but both my kids phones to wow. Highly recommended for a raise and to be commended by the company. Thank you for being such a great guy and so helpful to this family.

I could not be happier with WOW and with Shelby in particular. My wife's phone broke. We went to our current provider and by some mystery if we replaced her phone then my son's and my phones would suddenly cost more each month. Crazy! In desperation we went to the mall. My brother in law had good experiences with WOW! Well, we were not disspointed. It was 4:30pm and I explained the situation to Shelby. She understood right away and said she was sure she could help. Well, she sure did. We switched all three of our phones, including getting my wife a new phone. Now, and actually also with more data, we are saving at least $100 per month compared to what staying with the previous company would have cost! I don't understand phones or plans or any of that. But Shelby sure does! she is a genius! and so fast! It was a complicated switch but she got it all done. She had to stay late after closing but she did that with no hestitation. I can't say enough good about Shelby. If the company we left had customer service like her we might have stayed! Thank you WOW! and thank you Shelby! Wish I had come to see you years ago!

All I can say is WOW!I am so glad I waited in line while shopping Black Friday deals for a new phone plan. Despite being crazy busy, the customer service I received from Ray was amazing!Ray definitely exceeded my expectations. The hardware device I chose had sold out, They were so busy, he could have just as easily just moved on to the next customer, but he took the time and was able to source one from another location, and was able to set up all the details to have it transferred on the spot. Therefore I was still able to take advantage of the Deal for the Black Friday sale. Ray also took the time to follow up a couple days after the purchase to make sure everything was good.I would definitely recommend Wow! Mobile Boutique.

Kevin assisted me. He was awesome. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I walked away a happy customer.My only comment is to give wow workers stools, it would look more professional and reduce health issues in the future.
