Worst food, don’t even think of this place if you are international students. Miserable service, taste and quantity. veg pakora 4pcs are actually 2 slices of bread cut into 4 with very less filling and minimal batter coating. You can literally squeeze so much oil from Gobi pakora , gobi is so soggy n over cooked.forget about the taste n texture.. as the description states it doesn’t even have any cilantro. Presentation is not as described . Samosa chat is very sweet and an entire samosa is dipped in a sauce that looks like yogurt with sweet sauce and soaked bhujia

The taste is above average in KWC area however, the portion size is really very less. Their tandoori chaap costs about $13 + taxes, do they really think that customer is expecting 5 pieces of chaap for about $15? Waitimes is also more than other restaurants.

Tried out this restaurant for the first time today. We only tried a couple items on the menu but all were good! The chaat papri was really good and the masala soda was great! It would be nice to see this restaurant a bit more developed, but definitely will be coming back.

Consumed their tiffin which I feel is below average. Fell sick after eating sour raita in the evening. Few days ago got boiled chana passed on as a dish. There was absolutely no flavour in the dish. Needless to say I have stopped their services.Edit after owner's reply: Thank god if you have stopped serving that dish. This boiled chana was sent on 12 April 2022 and these same pictures were shared with Deeksha with whom I was in touch for coordinating the tiffin. I did not get a response even after I sent the pictures and left a voicemail.

We found a hair in Burger todayWhen we entered the place, the smell and unhygienic was apparent, but we still tried because of 4.4 rating and a friend's recommendation.TBH, the Tandoori Chaap was tasty but how can you color it red so bad.When we went in to show the burger, we were offered a replacement which is good, but what about apologizing?You are a certified kitchen, a hair in burger is the last thing one expects.Buckle up, good luckI am not coming back unless you deep clean this place to remove the smell and take food safety seriouslyResponse after Owner's CommentSir, you are right about being offered burger post refund. Me and my friend had aloo tiki chaat and desi burger which was very delicious and had Indian taste. We looking for a restaurant where we can have the accurate taste of Indian food and this is the place we recommend to all punjabis to visit once and enjoy your meal.

Stopped here on my way back from a Wholesale run. 1st time visitor. The food is absolutely exquisite and nice chaat enjoyed my butter chicken. I think I'll become a regular. highly recommend.

We had delivery from papa pancho... indeed best Indian in Waterloo area...... very very close to India restaurants.We ordered butter panner (amazing ), kofta ( seems to be same gravy as butter panner but we loved it) white gravy panner ( beautiful made and taste yum) and Manchurian ( someway we did not like it ). But overall we looked the north India dishes.The quantity of gravy is less in comparison to other Indian restaurants but considering the quality of food. We will surely be your customers again.Love it is the word for North Indian dishes from Papa Pancho’s Kitchen.Recently got catering done from them. Without doubt we loved it.Also the guest enjoyed there food

This place used to be one of the best Indian restaurants in Waterloo. I don't know if it is new management or new cook. But what they are serving now is some makeshift-creative-crafts taste bad food. The attached image is supposed to be saag... why is it not green? Also you left off items from my order.
