Canadian Tire in Greenfield Park, Quebec is a fantastic store for all your automotive, home, and outdoor needs. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the store is well-stocked with a wide range of products. It's a one-stop shop that never disappoints! Highly recommended.

Ordered online and went to pick up my item using their locker system. Very easy to use, was in and out within 2-3 minutes. Recommend using!

The older women cashiers here are extremely rude and cold with you as soon as you speak English. I'm bilingual but have seen several negative encounters with them and it's really sad. Teach your employees to have more patience, not everyone can speak perfect French and insulting your customers just because they don't speak the same language as you is extremely unprofessional and immature. Grow up ma grande!

I must say , I'm not the least bit surprised to see Negative Reviews for this particular store ! Since last Summer , I have not been interested to shop at the Canadian tire store in Greenfield park , due to a problem with the Manager of the store .The manager is rude and disrespectful and he's very unprofessional and he does not know how to talk to people or how to treat good Customers .I reported him and requested the owner of the store to call me as I felt I deserved an apology for the way i was treated.I was told that I would be hearing from the store owner but he never called .Canadian tire did award me with $50 in triangle points as an apology Gift .But It wasnt enough to compensate the upset i experienced !I keep getting C.T flyers in my mailbox but I throw them in the recycling box .I'm afraid if I shop at that store again I might have another altercation with the manager and I have not gotten over the first incident ! I refuse to set foot in that store ever again , until they fire that incompetent rude manager and hire someone professional that knows how to treat Customers with respect!

Absolutely the worst garage I’ve ever been to, run by scammers and thieves. I went in to change the headlights of my car which were starting to dim. The clerk asked which lights I wanted and showed me two options, saying he recommends I get the stronger (and more expensive) of the two. I agree and the garage installs it. That night driving around running errands I realize the headlights weren’t working, which is awfully dangerous when you need to drive a bit outside of the city. I went back and told them the lights weren’t working and they said they’d look into it. Upon inspection they realize the lights I paid for weren’t compatible with my car, so they had to change it. This second trip to the garage was not only a waste of time, they also charged me an extra $57 to inspect and figure out the light was incompatible all along and another $68 to re install the new light - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT THE FIRST LIGHT DIDN’T WORK. They told me to buy those lights and I did as recommended. Why should I pay money for them to figure out their mistakes? If anything, they should have given ME money for the time wasted going back and forth to the garage and putting me in danger as I went from dim lights to no lights at all.On top of this frustration, several things from my trunk disappeared. I had several Amazon packages as well as hand tools in the trunk. When I finally had my car back, I realized after a couple days my stuff was missing when I tried to go out to mail some of the Amazon boxes at the post office. My husband went back to the garage and asked around if anyone had seen my things, or if during installation they might have removed some stuff and forgotten to put it back. No one offered to help and they waved my husband off dismissively.I am utterly disgusted by the low service standard at this Canadian tire garage. I was overcharged to fix their mistakes based on their faulty recommendations , and now my things worth a bit over $200 have been stolen.

I was in their store and sitting in the waiting room for two hours to work on my computer. A staff came over and told me I could not use their free service for too long. I believe they meant I could not use their free wifi or free sitting room. Well...I left immediately and moved to a Starbucks. Why would a big company like that care about people using their free wifi or free sitting room while it is vacant?

This is the fourth and last time I am coming here. My pickup truck had/has problems starting. I brought it in to them, $115 minimum charge to inspect the problem... I told them I was convinced it was the fuel pump before they took it in. They called me later and insisted on changing the distributor cap because they said ''they have steps to follow'' (which meant, they were doing the ''Trial & Error'' method) the bill came down to $732. They called me to tell me my truck was ''like new''. Nothing had changed when I picked it up, it seemed like I just threw $732 down the drain. They changed a part that did not even need to be changed. The best part? I brought it back to them 2 days later, they wanted me to sign another $115 minimum charge agreement to inspect the problem, the problem they did not solve. When I showed the representative a video I took of trying to start the truck outside of his garage, he didn't seem to see a problem with my truck hesitating to start after 10 cranks. He was very contempt.
