This Chinese restaurant is exceptional, offering not only delicious food, but also top-notch customer service. The decor inside the restaurant is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. With a diverse menu, there is something for everyone, and all dishes are served promptly and at the correct temperature. The BBQ pork is especially noteworthy, as it is juicy and tender. We also ordered the fish, which was fresh and perfectly steamed to a delicate texture. Each dish is generously portioned, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Special recognition and applause to a beautiful lady who served us tonight ~ Connie. We highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.

Nice place to have dim sum and share with family. The food taste ok. The steamed baby octopus was the best. Have to line up for 1 hour to get in sit even on Monday.

One of the best places in the GTA for yumcha/dimsum. A bunch of places I used to go to closed down during the pandemic so I had to find a new place. Was not disappointed, it’s nice that they have some unique items you won’t find at other yumcha/dimsum places. Highly recommend! Plus they have a cover outdoor area / patio which is pretty quiet.

Love this place, we visit each time we're in Toronto. The dim sum is amazing, har gaw are the size of golf balls! Highly recommend the char siu they offer during lunch time. Will be back again for sure!

Food: pretty good and all our friends on the same table liked the taste.Service: I understand that many dim sum restaurants are very busy, but I’d say the reservation system and the whole waiting experience is like a joke, so ridiculous. We booked the reservation through phone in advance. However, when we arrived the receptionist told us there was no table available. We asked how long do we need to wait, the answer is either silence or “not sure” (we asked several times). So we ended up waiting for almost 1 hour “with a reservation”! The walk-in customers’ wait time was also approximately 1 hour. This experience was awful, I never experienced such an insane “reservation” in any other restaurants.I would give this place 1 star given such poor service, but the food quality compensated 2 more stars. BTW, my friend ate a plastic from the poultry. Although they deducted the fee for this it makes me doubt their hygiene management.

Still a good place for early morning dim sum! Staff were quick and the food quality and portions were great. I like coming here every time I am in Toronto. Their salted egg yolk pastries and buns, traditional dim sum, durian pastries, and scallop dumplings are a must try. This place can get busy quick so come early!

You know it's a good Dim Sum place when out of hundreds of people you are the only white guy.The restaurant gets very busy, so get there early or be ready to wait in line for a table to be available.The food was simply amazing, just as good as in HK. The portions were generous and the bill very fair.The menu is very big in options, and honestly, each item we choose was a delight.This is absolutely a to-go place if you crave for authentic cantonese food

If you're looking for delicious dim sum, Skyview Fusion Cuisine is definitely a must-try. I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the amazing food they offer. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they didn't have one of my favorite items, fried dough rice noodle roll, on the menu.Despite missing my favorite dish, I thoroughly enjoyed the food at Skyview Fusion Cuisine. The dim sum was exceptional, with a variety of dishes that were all cooked to perfection. The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was impressive. I was also pleased to find that the portions were generous, making it a great value for money.The restaurant is incredibly busy on weekends, which is a testament to the quality of their food. However, the wait time can be a bit long, so it's best to arrive early. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, with a modern and sleek design that adds to the overall dining experience.In conclusion, Skyview Fusion Cuisine is a fantastic restaurant for dim sum lovers. The food is exceptional, the portions are generous, and the ambiance is great. Although they didn't have my favorite dish on the menu, I would still highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

I almost walked out because it is so busy but inside is cozy even at full capacity. Best customer service I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Food was good, fresh. Very enjoyable meal. Tasted a few things I'd never tried before. There was roe on a lot of the food that I was not expecting. The pork ribs were very bony with little meat and the texture was off, but I was the only one at table who didn't like. The company I dined with was very pleased with the meal and we all had a good time.

One of the best dim sums in Markham so you'll have to wait for a long time to get a table, even if you have a reservation.All the dim sum is prepared to the highest standard. You won't find frozen premade dishes here. They even go the extra mile in plating, although the pastry presentation could be improved. Probably the best bbq pork in Toronto, hands down.
