I just went into this location with my husband for a slice after we attended a movie. I had to use the washroom before ordering and the cashier was so rude to me. I couldn't understand what he was saying to me and instead of clarifying he started yelling at me. So my husband and I walked out. Our money will not be spent at this location. They should train their staff on customer service!

Whilst in the process to place an order wifey goes to the washroom and we are told no entry except paying customers what are we doing standing asking to order for? Please Train your employees better this is how you lose customers. Pizza pizza should know customer service is key no customers, no profit. Alas we just walked out in the end as the service is garbage. Went to the pizza pizza at Dunder plaza 100% better service than this location. -0 stars for this location!

Went into order onion, rings, and chicken bites. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. No other customers in the store. Two staff members behind the counter completely ignored us, didn’t even reach out to say will be with you in a minute we’re busy maybe doing mobile order. Will never go again.

Terrible place to eat. The entire staff is very rude and they seem upset they even work there, I went in twice in the last 2 weeks around lunch time, both times they were serving day old pizza. I asked the manager when they will be making new pizza and he told me to leave the store.

I am writing this review to report how the staff here is misbehaving with girls who walk in.I don't know about training of Pizza but management should have atleast tought them how to behave with Female customers".Incident- My female friend Walked in to get Garlic Dip and Coke and I was waiting outside in car as we were in rush. There was A guy(Don't know his name)He was Thin and He was Pizza Pizza Tshirt and He was making Pizza.My Friend ordered and he started misbehaving with her

Pizza Pizza has many franchises throughout Ontario, and have been around since the late 50’s. This particular franchise store at 85 King St E in Downtown Hamilton, ON core, is one of the better franchises. The quality of food is excellent. Even the heated up slices (they actually heat up a slice) not like other pizzerias that throw a slice in the oven for 30 seconds (and serve warm). Very friendly proprietor on hand with a obliging staff on hand also. My wife and I go on occasions, when we’re Downtown. They even allow our small ‘Service Dog’ entry into store, without any hassles. Many seating accommodations for a short bite to eat or take-out and delivery. Deserves a try if you’re in Downtown Hamilton. ON. Recommend by these pizza lovers!

I ordered a pizza on Uber and payed extra for drizzle of garlic sauce. When I got the pizza and I opened it up there were literally drops of garlic sauce. On Uber it says DRIZZLE NOT DOTS of garlic sauce. Now my little one won’t eat it and is complaining. I’ve ordered from other Pizza Pizza stores and they live to their word, unlike this location. Won’t be ordering again that’s for sure.

Terrible service, cannot get in touch with the store. Ordered few times same thing, wrote extra msg to make sure they do my order correct. They still didn’t get it right. Terrible
