I love Old Navy and the fact I can shop for the whole family there. I really like their women's dresses. They have a wide variety for all different sizes and shapes. I stock up on tanktops and flip flops while I'm here to. They have a good selection of shorts and jeans.

Why have 10 registers but only 2 open. Maybe if its 2 days before Christmas, have more staff on.. I saw several people leave the lineup and the store cause it wasn't worth the wait.

one of their employee named BHAVYA was very rude . She doesn't know how to talk someone just asking and she was replying very rude and in high tone. Her body language and way of talking was very bad. I always go first this store first whenever I go to Guilford But I would consider this is my last visit to this store. Thank you Bhavya for your customer service that you gave us today.

Love it! Love it! Love it more! Love their Stuff!I rarely give out 5* ratings but this store is truly deserving of it:I find ladies fashions here at FAIR prices which are hard to find in other stores.... Fabrics are good quality and the sizes fit and styles are abundant and plentiful and very wearable, practical clothes - most importantly, SIZES here are made for all Women of all shapes and sizes.... I also like their Big-Bag shopping approach with lots of changing rooms, washroom inside and HELPFUL staff... They have a 'Customer-comes first attitude', like Amazon, does: Just Love it! Love it! I'm a Happy Camper here. Thx, Old Navy!p.s. also Love your Catchy, fun, stylish ads on t.v. :)
