Very unprofessional and messy! I don’t trust his words and work. There are many other places more organized and responsible with their clients, so I don’t see any needs to waste time and money here.

My wife and I have had several items re-designed and made with Walter. his work is better than first class, it is awesome. i have dealt with many Jewellers over the years and now would not take any work on Jewellery any place else. Walter did an outstanding job creating an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I. His attention to detail and customer service is unmatched and he truly cares about giving you the best possible product he can.

Was charged 24$ to change my watch battery. (The battery is worth less than 10$). Way overpriced. Will not deal there again.

I had numerous items that needed repair and after meeting Walter I knew I could count on him. He repaired my wife's wedding ring after it lost several stones and the centerpiece. He reorganized the ring to repair what was a poor setting (glue if you can believe it). My wife is thrilled as am I with not only the look but knowing it won't just ''all out' again. He also resized my mother's wedding ring my son-in-laws ring as well as repaired a chair necklace. Price was more than fair and most importantly, I TRUSTED him which is so important when leaving important items like wedding rings!I highly recommend Walter .Will be returning to have him design and buy my daughter's wedding ring when the time is right. Walter re-designed my diamond wedding ring over 10 years ago - a gorgeous design. Recently he re-sized the ring for me and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Always polite and helpful.
