Great customer service, very professional and best price for the product I bought which is a STUV - woodburning fireplace. The fireplace specialist did an amazing job of not only installing my fire place and chimney stack but they also built my feature wall completely out of metal studs! It was quite the work of art! I am very impressed with the entire crew and especially Satesh who was very professional to work with. I would recommend them without a doubt.

The Fireplace Specialist
We have been working with this company (Satesh and his team) since 2015. Renovated 4 fireplaces with them (our previous house and current house). Extremely happy with their work. Very meticulous stonework, smart design, superb installation and workmanship. When installing stone/tile they use a smart air-flow technique that circulates the hot air out and prevents the stone/tile from getting hot. We’ve been very pleased with the looks, quality, and service. Highly recommended.

Not enough stars to describe how amazing these guys are. Incredible products and everything customised to the clients needs and expectations.But it doesn't end withe the sale, continued service and maintenance thereafter is superb and attentive. I highly recommend the fireplace specialist. Superb service and delivery. Satesh and his team made sure that we were satisfied with our open “propane” fireplace in our living room. The installation team worked tirelessly for 12 hours in the deep snow outside and maneuvering through many obstacles in this rural location. It was impressive as they never once complained or gave up! We are enjoying our new beautiful fireplace every day. Thank you!
