I really enjoyed renting from this place. The guy attending on the counter and the mechanic help me to decide what would be better to ride alongside my 4yo daughter, the tandem recommendation worked like a charm, information was crystal clear and the most important the bike was functional without problems!

Awesome bike rental experience in a well situated area in the West End. Bike rentals are $7/hr and that rate includes a helmet. Staff are helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great experience renting from here. It’s a very quick in and out experience. No need to fill out a ton of paper work. Give some basic info, hop on a bike, return and pay based on the time you used it for. Seamless experience, would recommend!

I am simply speechless how wonderful and pleasant their customer service. I would recommend everyone to visit this bike shop. On top of 5 star friendly atmosphere those guys are knowledgeable and have wide range of bicycles to buy, rent, fix etc. Give them a visit and you will be glad you did. Thank you!

Really great place and nice staff. They even charged us for one and half hour instead of the full two we were thinking they would. Very friendly staff and great choices! I appreciated that all bikes came with helmets! Thank you for prioritizing safety!

I took my wife’s personal bike there last minute with a broken chain, and despite being pretty busy they graciously fixed it for a very reasonable fee in no time. I really appreciated it. I’ll be going here for all my bike needs in the future.

This has been my best bike rental experience ever!The bike was very well maintained: Chain new, good brakes and perfect shimano rapid fire gear.On top of that, the staff was most friendly and customer oriented!Best recommendations if you need to rent a bike in Vancouver!

The owner is very nice and friendly. It has a minimum of 1.5 hour usage but we returned it on 1:15 and he just charged us for 1 hour. The price is reasonable as well.

Great customer service and good prices, we really enjoyed taking with the staff about Vancouver and they were very helpful all around. Taking the bike around Stanley Park is a great experience on a hot summer day!My bike had very squeaky brakes, though. I've given them the feedback and they were very appreciative.
