We have used JAF Contracting over the last few years to renovate our home. From the onset, Joe and Michael were very professional and eager to accommodate our needs and requests within our budget.The renovations included- all new hardwood and ceramic flooring as well as updating the doors and trim. We also renovated two full bathrooms which included a wall hung toilet, and floating vanity. Joe and the team helped us create our dream fully open concept kitchen/living area. Throughout the process Joe and Michael were very meticulous with the workmanship and they made sure to followcurrent building codes. I would highly recommend Joe, Michael andthe team at JAF Contracting to get the job done right, on time and on budget.

Michael is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent communicator. He was easy to schedule with and always gave a heads up and accurate estimates of his arrival. From initial contact to the end of the process, Michael took time to explain every step and options. He did not hesitate to take extra time on the phone or in person to answer any of my questions. He even gave me his opinion about other household issues and explained what I could do. He provided links for products I could use. He is passionate about his work and a natural teacher! I will be using JAF in the future and would recommend him to others.

We needed a drywall repair and cabinet built to accommodate a water use sensor system we had installed. Michael and team updated our rotting wood deck to a modern composite deck built around a hydrotherapy tub with other upgrades. They did a fantastic job with excellent communication at every step of the process.
