Booster Juice

Went there 8 June.The staff is so rude and I guess she doesn’t want to work(?) She said all the main fruits are not available. Funny

One of the better juice chains. Staffs seemed very welcoming customers.

The juice was too sweet, it didn’t feel like it was just made with fruits. I bet they use additives. Also, it didn’t taste like they used probiotic yogurt as they indicated.

I ordered a Brazilian thunder, and the smoothie looks weird. The ingredients listed is açai, raspberry, banana, strawberry and probiotics yogurt.I can’t understand what cause this yellowish color. This is right after the smoothie was made.

Snacks available such as sandwiches, chia pudding, wraps, yogurt parfaits and Protein Booster Balls.Fresh wheatgrass can be seen in the background where they press these blades into juice. As soon as an order was complete, they’d hop back on their phones. One gentleman in the back was munching on snacks while on his phone, probably on a break - but it felt odd to see that he wasn’t in a break room, just in the kitchen.

Didn’t have blueberries or mangos (during their mango mania promotion?) but otherwise service was great & the drink was also delicious!

Today was so hot in Vancouver, so a delicious smoothie was the best way to beat that. A very amazing and friendly staff was working this morning ALONE and she’s SUPER organized and fast. I was supposed to pick up a very big order “31 items” and she did that by herself. She working on my order and others order like a bee. If there’s a trophy for the best staff, she would get it no doubt. Kept saying “sorry” for running late and offered a free smoothie, who would say no to free smoothie?! Definitely she can put in her resume “working under pressure”! Booster Juice should hire more staff like her.

Booster Juice doesn’t disappoint usually but today they have… once again. I understand that delays happen but for a chain like booster juice? How did it become an hour delay? Such a waste of services using delivery with this place.. as this isn’t the first time. Inconvenient and just sucks

I really despise leaving bad reviews… but in the spirit of public service announcements we went here for celery juice which is on their menu. The attendant (who was not helpful) said they don’t have it at this location. I asked which location they did have it at and she said well none of them had it. The. Asked for a wheatgrass Joyce shot. Don’t have that either. Tried to buy another juice to give them our business she wasn’t prepared to substitute for the yogurt without charging us. We left and went to Hugo which had a fresh pressed juice which worked for us.
