Sherwood Park Vacuum
My husband took our power sweep to this store to have it repaired. We were told that it couldn't be fixed and he tried to sell us a new power sweep for $300. I took apart the power sweep and went to Vacuums R Us in Edmonton purchased the part and repaired it myself for $13 and I still have an extra belt for the next time I have a problem. I will never go to Sherwood Park Vacuum again.

Sherwood Park Vacuum
I called to inquire about cleaning out my clogged central vacuum. They gave me some suggestions on things to try on my own first. I was able to unclog it myself but I really appreciate the friendly, helpful service I got from Sherwood Park Vacuum. They saved me a couple hundred dollars and I will definitely call them again for any future vacuum issues.

Sherwood Park Vacuum
Over the last two months, I brought in three vacuums, JR greeted me with a cheerful Hello each time. Two of the vacuums were repaired efficiently and the price was right. Third vacuum had a motor issue and I chose not to have it repaired. To my surprise, when I picked up the vacuum - JR did not charge me. Excellent customer experience each time. Thank you JR.

Very knowledgeable in his field.He has helped me 3 times with different problems and has been able to identify the problem immediately. He has been very helpful in giving me advice. This Sat., Dec. 4, he took the time to come to my home, even though he was busy with Christmas shopping, and fix my central vac. Not only is he an excellent repairman, he is a wonderful person.

Great service! We took our vacuum into Sherwood Park Vacuum and they quickly assessed what the problem was. Within a week we had our built in vacuum replaced and it is running great. JR Goebel arrived at our home on time and was on budget. We would highly recommend this company!

Not what I expected however, I found out Dyson vacuums although great as new once they fail its basically throw away, Dyson stop producing parts for older machines.

JR from Sherwood Park Vacuum did an excellent job fixing a hard to find loss of suction in the pipes of our central vacuum system. The next day he thought of an additional clamp to make the system more secure and came by to install it at no charge. I highly recommend Sherwood Park Vacuum!
