Love going to this store, but I do wish they would go back to their pre-pandemic hours and find another coffee shop to replace Starbucks.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. I take my kids here often to wander the stacks and we always find something interesting

There are so many books there. It's a great place for book lovers like me. The customer service is AMAZING and all the workers are really nice

Very limited stationery. Lots of expensive stuff. But 5 stars because there is so much to look at, and some fantastic deals (like 3 for 10$ classics). Also spacious parking is always nice. There may be little stationery, mais c'est facile de se stationer

Clean, bright and spacious but not enough staff around to help/answer questions

I was looking for a specific book, and was having no luck finding it in store. I had asked for assistance from a worker there and they took me to the right area. But the store was all out. He then explained I had some options, buy a book set if I intended to read the full series, purchase online, or if I could wait a minute he could check another local store. After a quick phone call he had found a store and had put it on hold behind the counter for me to pick later that day. Outstanding customer service without having to ask for it!!! The selection of books is great in the store.NOT a big fan of the new app, and removal of the instore computer systems for looking up books though.

Wish they had more books again, chapters is half merchandise now. Got some nice books for a decent price and the cashiers were kind.

This was my first time in Chapters in a number of years. I actually really liked the lack of a coffee shop and electronic kiosks. Imagine having to ask another human being how to find a book and then chatting about said book......revolutionary!! Oh, and yes, the book was in stock!
