Always super understaffed (Babies R Us). Call to find a product or ask a question, no answer ever. Needing help or looking for a product in store? Completely MIA. Price tags missing, stuff is out of stock. One of the worst Babies R Us.

We have been at Babies R Us twice, and we were so lucky that Jasmine helped us on both occasions. She answered all our questions and helped us decide on products. She is very patient, cheerful and very good at her job. Thanks to her we completed our shopping for our first baby with an ease.

Went to babies r us at Mayfair with my wife, and we were at a bit of a loss for which breast pump to get. We were helped by Gurpreet who explained all the options, and helped us with our purchase. She was amazing, friendly, really knowledgeable, and made our shopping experience enjoyable. Thanks!

I was at Toys R Us at Mayfair Mall and was at the babylist registry desk. I thought the mother-to-be was registered but could not find it on my computer. The staff member at Toys R Us was amazing - Her name was Angel and she was indeed an angel in her helpfulness. She went way over-the-top to help me - using her computer, hand-held thingy, a co-worker, her phone to try to help me find a registry. She then took me to some different aisles to look for something in my financial range. She is a major asset to the establishment - ANGEL - and I hope the management reads this.

We came in to purchase a Medela electric breast pump and I was hoping to find out if we could get a price match (as Best Buy was having a sale). Sales Associate Eloise was quick to assist us. She suggested ways to qualify for even more savings than a price match (signing up for a rewards club and a baby registry). She continued to go above and beyond as we looked for additional items. So appreciated her time and customer service - we’ll definitely be back!

We went in to purchase a stroller and car seat after doing some online research. We had a very good experience. Gurpreet was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different ones we were choosing between and made that process very smooth! She was also very friendly and kind and helped us set up a registry and was all around a pleasure to deal with! We are very happy with our experience and grateful to Gurpreet for making a large purchase easy and stress-free!
