Eight and a half hours of waiting, what was supposed to be an emergency ends up being confused with a tour or a visit to the hospital due to the lack of empathy of those who are there supposedly to welcome and heal the sick person. Pitiful !

Got to the emergency using an ambulance yesterday as my child was very sick, the paramedics were very well trained, helpful and friendly. The staff members at the hospital that dealt with us were the same, super nice and helpful. We went through triage and was told to wait in the waiting area, that’s when the depression and feeling of hopelessness started. Holding my very sick child and waiting for hours to see a doctor is not what anyone should be faced with when they are in need of medical care for their loved ones. More resources and attention is required to help make the health system work better. Thank you to the staff, they are the only reason why there are stars in this review.

Incompetent staff.

Made several trips to Emergency with my children over the years. We were always treated great by the staff and they put a lot of effort to comforting our kids. The Emergency is always busy with kids who are sick and they could use more resources to help

Nothing is going to be perfect when your at a hospital but the staff go out of their way to make sure it's as close as possible. This starts at the entrance with the covid screeners to security being as helpful as they can. To the cleaners that do the best they can with what they have to work with. We've had great doctors and surgeon's. The nurses are well perfect they are here for you. If you don't like someone here it's because your personality doesn't allow it they all do there jobs well and make sure your safe and comfortable. So thank you to all I've mentioned and all the others that help run the ship.

Very friendly and caring staffs all around

Took my son in with from a fall (hit to the head) waited 8 hours to see a dr for 20 minutes.so they could tell me his head achs are most likely not because of the fall. But rather because of a fever that he randomly got after banging his head.
