Not professional, had to come twice just for x-ray as they didn’t do their work properly.

I read some of the positive reviews and there is not much to be honest and I’m happy to see 2-3 people with positive experiences but I am not sure what their level of standards are for health care. Mine is pretty high. I came in December 16 for a booked appointment for ultrasound with a full bladder came on time and the staff arrived late. Second of all the technician called to say they are running late and I was told this which is understandable but no ETA is given besides he’s on the 401, ya thanks 401 is a stretch and can be an hour. I have a full bladder to be told by some receptionist I can relieve my bladder just alittle. How is that pathologically possible. Then to be told I can come back same day but 3 hours later. Do people really think we sit at home knitting sweaters to wait for people that get paid to do a job to show up. Today December 17 to show up to my appointment and waiting to get the ultrasound tech to be in which is great but all these people coming in for X-ray appointments or requisitions to be told now the X-ray tech is sick and won’t be back till January 3,2023 but they can go to cortullicci hospital across the street to get an X-ray. So let’s bombard a hospital for unnecessary tests when people in hospitals are waiting for X-rays that are really sick. This is the prime example of uneducated unprofessional direction to patients to waste hospital times for a X-ray. I find the staff especially the lady working on Friday December 16 at 830am who was late for her shift to be rude and arrogant. People are tired of hearing about Covid and yet there are signs for masking but non of the staff are wearing masks. The best part is the receptionist asks me what is the doctors name and I informed her it’s on the requisition and she said it wasn’t only for me to have to point it out to her if she actually opened her eyes and look at the actual form. Her response “oh yes there it is” I can’t even imagine how this place actually runs. I only blame management because that’s where it all starts.Let’s stRt with todays ultrasound the technician was rude and arrogant rushing patients and the worse part pulling out a virox wipe aggressively that the liquid went right into my eye. Here’s a baby wipe ???? No actual first aid or even remotely eye wash station. This is a red flag.This place has no sense of proper customer service and patient care. I suggest that management get a grip and reality check and do your job and hire the right people. People don’t want to work well this is your time to clean house and hire people that want to work. I definitely won’t be coming back here

Had a great experience here! Receptionist was friendly, quick service and great technician. Took my 9 years old son here and he made him feel comfortable for his test and was knowledgeable.

Walk in for x ray is fast and efficient. Results also come in quickly, they do their job to get it to the doctor as soon as possible. Reception staff are kind and friendly , images for x ray scans are also available online if you ask them kindly.

I'm shocked to see the horrible reviews this place has. I recently moved near by and have 2 elderly parents that need constant xrays and ultrasounds. This place is so accommodating and the staff is so kind and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Its quick, organized and sanitary. I would highly recommend this place and would suggest that if you have a good experience somewhere, you should leave a positive review! Looks like people only make time to leave a review when they have negative experiences.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. I arrived on time for my appointment yet was made to wait for 30 min even though there were no patients waiting at all. A receptionist is absent so when you walk in, you need to find someone to check you in. The ultrasound tech sounded like she has Covid/ flu. Her coughing was so loud where everyone in the place could hear her. I needed to stay alone with her in the closed space where I felt extremely unsafe.

They are very bad , I called morning for x ray and they told to come , I drive for 40 mins and when I reached they told the technician will not come and not picking the phone, they returned all the patients who are waiting for hours without covering for that technician. I will not recommend them

If I can give this place below zero stars I wouldn’t even think about! The receptionist and staff are very rude and do not accommodate with any scheduling! I do not recommend using their services, extremely bad service.

Very slow and unorganized staff. My Mom had bad experience there with mammogram appointment that was booked 2 weeks in advance. We arrived earlier but had to wait an hour before she was called. And then 20 min later they called her in the waiting area besides reception again even though they have already called her and she was waiting in the room in a robe. Waste of time

The ultrasound tech is so comforting and kind . I drive from up north to come and do my ultrasounds with her.I went to unit 22
