Canceled very important test without notice. Just closed the lab. Dont book anything at this location. Hope new year brings same reliability in their lives as they bring in to others.

0 stars if possible-The Russian lady at the front clearly has many personal issues or a terrible attitude problem. Be ready for a raised voice, rudeness, and dirty looks.

This is the worst Life Labs I have ever visited. I was a walk in appointment. They had told me to sit and wait for my name to be called. There was only one other person that was seated in the seating area. Right at 3pm about 3 staff walked out stating they were done for the day. I’ve sat here for 30 mins with no instructions. When I asked a technician when I would be called, she told me she was off and that the ladies inside would help me. From inside the clinic I could hear all the staff just talking amongst themselves in their language while attending to no patients. I will NEVER come to this location again!

Made an appointment only to be locked outside with another senior. The 2 staff at the reception inside the glass door simply waved at us so we waited outside the locked glass door since we can clearly see inside that the waiting area was full. I was able to see that my name was on the list on the screen because I travelled far to get here since it was opened until 6pm on a weekday. After waiting for over 20mins a patient from inside wanted to leave so the staff unlocked the glass door to let him out to which I asked that I had an appointment and if she could let me in. Her response as she shouted at me was that we had to leave and to come back another time, they were understaffed. No notice was posted at the door and they did not let us know when we waited outside for this long. I understand that they are understaffed but maybe post something at the door or call and let the patient know to not show up since we have appointments? Very inconsiderate to just have us stare at you from a locked glass door since you already know you can’t be bothered to see us. There is no point in booking an appointment.

Just don't go. I always think, but I really can't understand why the Canadian healthcare system is considered good.

Very nice and clean little LifeLabs in the middle of nice and clean mall in an industrial area. I was a walk-in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very polite and professional. This location is super convenient for my work so I’ll definitely be using it in the future.

Staff are rude. Esp the Russian lady at the front. How is she still employed? You make an appointment and wait half hour to be seen. When you inquire about the wait time they tell you they know you’re waiting, continue to wait.. frustrating to deal with people who lack people skills and compassion esp I’m a health care setting.

Short wait times, not crowded and friendly staff. Vangie is the best, I did not even feel the needle go in or out!

Worse life lab in Ontario you have to wait 2 hours to get blood test the employees are uneducated and don’t know what they are doing. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I came in and nobody there. I was the first appointment on the list. Then 2 ppl after me and 2 walk ins. I was even the first in the office. Yet I still waited half an hour. Then I went to see what’s going on and I saw the third person in line being attended to (she’s no longer on the list in the photo because she left 10 min before me). I wasn’t even highlighted as present. I really tried to keep my cool and did say something. The staff said with attitude that she had an appointment. Then I said, she was third in line after me and another person. The woman said nothing.Lifelabs-why are you asking to book and appointment when walk-ins are faster?? This is absurd. Someone needs to be held responsible for behaviour of lifelabs’ staff. Especially at this location.
