Huge place but areas separated to make it cozy and more intimate. Casual and comfortable setting in a beautiful establishment.Friendly server but could have been a little quicker.Food was tasty!

What a great hotel!This place really welcomes you and makes you feel at home. The most friendly staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. The restaurant is a great gem too. Bring your suit to enjoy the pool and spa facilities.Huge should out to Sarah who worked magic twice this weekend to create a most memorable weekend. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend.

The intrusive video screens were left on, when the band was playing. Also we were not informed until we checked out that a cover charge ($5) would be added to our bill, however I would have willingly paid much more, the band was great!If a cover is charged, the band should be the focus of the venue, and having six or more vid screens with different channels on each is not conducive to giving full attention to the band. It was highly distracting and irritating.

I really enjoyed the pizza. Was a lot of fresh ingredients and many options for a hotel pub. Staff serving us was friendly and helpful with good recommendations that turned out great tasting. They have live music playing in the evenings and plenty of seating. Prices were better than downtown area.

The food was good, but we got sent from host to hostess and back trying to order take out which was frustrating. I wish they delivered up to the hotel rooms instead of that headache. But my nacho burger was great and the lady who finally took our order was lovely.

Only a double bed in the room closest to the doors. Poor hubby slept with a foot of his legs off the bottom. Restaurant was expensive and not the best food. Had to put the truck into 4 wheel drive all 4 times I tried to back out of the parking spaces because the lot was not plowed. Steps were cleared but had to walk in unplowed snow to the doors. Someone will get hurt walking in that much snow. Staff was friendly but not accommodating when I asked for a room with a queen size bed. She said they don't have queen beds only 2 doubles and it was on the second floor. Husband has heart issues and couldn't walk far. Handy Cap room needs two beds at least or a queen bed. Won't be returning there anytime soon
