Natasha was by far the most kind and gentle ultrasound tech I’ve ever had! Such a gentle and kind woman. The receptionist was phenomenal to deal with as well. Over all a really pleasant experience ❤️

The staff are really friendly and welcoming. There’s always wait and it’s a bit less advanced then other ultrasound places around town. Free parking lot outside.

I am very disappointed with how my 20 week ultrasound went yesterday. First of all I got a student to start the scan, which was fine, but I was not impressed with the actual tech either. Obstetrical ultrasounds are a big moment for the mom and dad, especially with this being the big 20 week scan and it’s our first baby, and nothing about this appointment was special for us. I don’t know if the tech was frustrated because my baby was in a position where she couldn’t get great images or if she had had a long day, but I expected more.The tech next door sounded so enthusiastic with the expecting couple that was in there, and that’s all I wanted. I had my two previous scans at other locations and they were much better than this experience. I’ve heard great things about OBGYN Ultrasound Centre making each appointment special and exciting, and I really wish my doctor would have booked me there instead.

Had an appointment with Kelsie/Kelsey (sp?) yesterday and she was extremely kind and considerate throughout. She was very comforting and made the experience as pain-free as possible. Really appreciated her.

Pelvic ultrasound was very painful. External exam was a lot of pressure put on my abdomen it was painful. The internal seemed very painful as well and seemed very rushed to get done. I'm still in pain and feeling swollen/bloated. Hoping this will go away soon.

Went there for my son’s chest x-ray! Great supportive staffs! Loved the way how they treated us.

If I could give negative stars I would, I went with my friend for her very first babys ultrasound and first of all they didn't show her anything until I asked why they won't show her, they then showed her for a few seconds but made it blurry and hard to see the baby nothing like what she was seeing during the exam. Second the tech kept telling her the baby isn't moving. My friend started to panic thinking her baby was dead, I had to explain that it was moving just not changing position. They didn't allow her to see or hear the heartbeat. They only gave her 3 blurry pictures that didn't even show the baby. Absolutely disgusting treatment to the patients as well, when she called to complain about it the receptionist yelled at her and said there was a reason they wouldn't let her see. But there was nothing visibly wrong to me and I just had my baby and had ultrasounds done monthly. No excuse for any of this. If you are an expecting mom I highly suggest NOT going here, they completely ruin the experience that should be so magical and make you feel bad for there mistreatment. If I wasn't there to explain things my friend probably never would have got to see her baby and would have left thinking it was dead. Babys heartbeat was strong and baby was just asleep during the exam but they had no bedside manner or empathy to her as a first time expecting momEdited to add this review is about the Rochdale location

No empathy what so ever.Waiting to go throughout a very embarrassing procedure. Reception staff told me to cancel when I said I wanted to wait outside as I was waiting a long time to be called. I told her I was very anxious. I heard staff laughing and walking in and out during my long wait to have the procedure done. Terrible experience. Such unfriendly and unsympathetic staff.

July 4, 2023 at 10:00 I arrived for an appt. I'm feeling less than ideal but needed to keep this appt.. the receptionist to the man who comes to take you to the back area, to the CT scanner person - were all extremely patient, kind and thoughtful. its an amazing place. ive been there previously some years ago! keep up the goodwork, its much appreciated

We can’t say enough good things about this place! They were very prompt with little to no wait time and our ultrasound technician was very friendly and thorough. She didn’t make us feel rushed and she made both my wife and I feel very assured with the test.
